I guess with the chicks getting bigger, Niecey has more time for watching the cam.

Maybe she knows tomorrow is banding day and she's keeping an eye on anything that moves there. :egg11:

I don't know about Niecey, but our dearly departed Mom seemed to sense when banding day was about to happen. She'd start standing in front of the window several days before the event.

That's a great post, Terka. There was a feeding about ten minutes ago. The feeding lasted about five minutes. Afterwards one chick grabbed what looked like a bone and was trying to pick something off of it. There was nothing left.

LIL DAD JUST WENT IN THE SCRAPE WITH THE KIDS TRYING HIS HARDEST TO FIND A SCRAP TO FEED THE CHICKS, BUT HE COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING........

THEY WERE ALREADY FED TWICE BY NIECEY THIS MORNING, BUT ARE AT THE AGE WHERE THEY ARE SCREAMING EVERYTIME THEY SEE LIL DAD OR NIECEY.

Happy to read that the chicks were fed twice this morning. Niecey is NOT going to be a happy camper later this morning. Last year on banding day Little Dad was off somewhere hunting when the chicks were taken inside. He was in the scrape a bit ago checking on things. He's now on the stick.

I have no cameras. Must be getting ready for banding or else they went out and got one of the kids to band early like they did before.

No tric, nothing in ears, but does have blood sucking flies on wings. Needs powder.

I think the kids are getting concerned about the chick crying so much. They told him to put it on the table.

This one is White.

Red is in the box, already.

The next one will be Blue.

Says it's a male so far.

Confirms it's a male, although it weighs more that the other two.

Well it's over, The kids wanted to touch them at the end, but thank goodness they didn't let them. Can't get the outside cams. Will check back later.

They may be over by the window where they put them out. I can hear them but can't see them.
