:gaaaaah: Yes, I am pretty frustrated. Several of us sent messages to the provider, but nothing has changed yet... The cam for Mystics daughter in Mississauga, Ont., is working- she laid her first egg last night ! :15heartbeat:

Received the shocking news about the Canton Peregrine Cam today, that it is off.
All I know is that the business is closed that resided in the upper floors of the building.
So the service that ran the live feed is disconnected.

I could have dealt with it MUCH better had the owner/operator AT LEAST said it was going to happen. Instead of just ending it and especially, right in the middle of the egg laying. This is eriely similar to how the CMNH forum/cam just up and disappeared...I swear, some people.. gggrrrrr!!!

Anyway...The Canton cam could be coming back..... Currently working "behind the scenes" and will know more hopefully by Monday night/Tuesday morning if it works out.

Checked up on the M's today (Saturday March 11th, and both are okay. Mystic does not look eggy anymore, so I am GUESSING she laid three only.
Today or tomorrow, would have been her 4th, as she was going 48 hours plus 12 hours for the first two eggs, and the third was not yet laid, on Thursday at 2:05 pm, when the cam went off.

Oh...how horrible. This sounds just like what happened at the Terminal Tower in Cleveland. I hope the Canton cam comes back. :sum7:

At this point, answers are evasive from where the cam comes from, so I am giving up asking there. Since the parties that own it are not talking, I will continue on the in person watches and photographs for the Canton site, as well as pursuing alternative ideas there.

With the Wonderful News at Fort Wayne, Indiana, the Canton peeps will still have one reliable cam to watch out of the 4 that have Canton "kids/grandkids"!!!
(Canton/Fort Wayne/Cleveland/Mississauga, Ontario)

Just hoping Moxie is still at Fort Wayne! LOL! :teehee:

:8snowflake: Cam is back on!! Chuck and Steve apparently were working on costs and Steve decided to support the streaming costs!!! Steve owns the building.

As for egg count. I have seen three so far, but Mystic has not gotten all the way up yet. :newegg: :newegg: :newegg:
