I can guarantee you that those eggs will not hatch, it's 8 days since the first chick broke out of it's shell.

i read a report somewhere, will have to find it, that peregrines are starting to test with high mercury rates . it said this could be the next hurdle. I wonder if this is contributing. but one cutie is good

second last egg was april 1 so tomorrow will be 32. but with 5 egg could be sooner or later as last egg was 3 days later
