well i was on watch at weber emyrauld , contacted me. the bell kid is home. we are so excited . he flew off ledge on Sunday, Gord saw him fly on Monday morning and today he i s home. I heard him on tape doing fly bys as MOm had brought in food . then onto ledge he came.

adn emyrauld got a great pciutre of him when mom went ot box.

Tonight. I watched over here at the hospital. First. One parent on the H of the hospital. And the other on the pole near the box. One chick on the roof and the other in the box.
Moved over to WEM parkade and just like all falcons, they change spots while I am driving. Both parents were in the air. One headed over to the Gold sign on the WEM. The other back to another post. Ican only see the chick on the box roof. Back down to the parking lot in front of the nest and to look straight into the box and in the far back corner was chick 2. I like this spot to watch. As I was watching the chick up top was jumping back and forth from roof to camera. Then it went to the back of the roof and jumped to a electical box that is attached to the wall. It slipped down onto the ledge of the box. It tried many times to catwalk around the nests westside. Of course it can not make it to front of the nest from that side. It decided to just lay down behind the box. Mom took off the pole and fly around the building a few times. Landing closer to the one at outer rim. I belief that if it went the other side that it would make it into the box. I think that one will fledge tomorrow.

..and thanks Westend for going to Misericordia. After watching them on cam Wednesday morning, I had to leave for the rest of the day...nice to know where they were currently located when you left!! I'll check the cam again this morning before I have to leave.

...one went to the left of the box and the other was headed to the right of the box. Of course, the cam jerked at the wrong moment so I don't know if the one to the right, fledged..or just hopped around to the other side.

Nobody on cam now.

they are either 41 days old or one 41 and one40

the ultimate would be fo r them to wait till 43 or 44 so I wish them well.
pour rehabber patti, lives not far and said she will try and keep an eye out also

maybe westend will make it back there.
we are tapped out right now, but if we can we, will take a peek, this weekend. the need to go east. west is the busy freeway and west edmonton mall.
they sure are cute

We just witnessed the babies flying around the building twice at the Misericordia!! They looked amazing!

and guess what , we are 99 % sure, with gords input also, that it is DO1 at the mis. that is right, he lost his site last yer at WEber but....

Just got back from a great evening at the nest. Both girls are on the ledge..one parent on the Gold sign and the other on the northwest areil. White did a nice flight around the building twice and landed on the upper roof. Then she popped up on the southside of the roof and catwalked along to above the nest box. She jumped down onto the nest box roof and then down behind to the ledge that goes around the box. And comes around the east side to the nest box front. Then a parent lands just below and to the right of the nest. After 15 minutes she fly off to the right to the backside of the hospital. I never could find either parent since then. The other girl just catwalked on the ledge all evening. When I left it was on the ledge in the southwest corner.
