This is something I never would have imagined. Great article and yes a couple pictures, it isn't gross or anything, but to think about it to much makes me pretty darn sad.

I live in Vanderburgh county and Mesker zoo captured all of their free-roaming peacocks/hens (30) and placed them in enclosed areas about the zoo to protect them from droppings from migratory birds this past fall.

Just wanted to tell you that Operation Migration that flies with whooping cranes from WI to FL has been tolded that there will be no more flights with ultralights. They just have 2 more stops on migration this year and then there will be no more. :( :sum5: Thank you Joe Duff and all you have done over the last 15 years.

NYS Department of Environmental Conservation

DEC Wildlife staff and volunteers monitored 26 peregrine falcon nesting sites located throughout the Adirondack Mountains and along Lake Champlain and Lake George during the 2015 breeding season.
