Hi - just had the idea of a new forum topic called "Favorite Animal Books" or something similar - after reading all the recommendations on Daily Chat/Over the Fence - what d'ya think :?:

I know I would find it very useful to have all the recommended books in one place so I could just keep referring to it to find the next one to read ;) They all sound wonderful

I am wondering if something like this can be applyed to the forum in the near future.

I'm being told I have used up 67% of my photo bucket. I don't know how much longer I'll have available space. So if there could be a way to do attachments from my own puter it would be great. I'm not about to go buy Photobucket pro

You know - I just had an idea - how about a new thread called something like "Golden Moments on BCAW" - nest watchers who see some really priceless moments :loveheart: could submit the pics or vids to this thread so that they are all collected together in one place and thus could be referred to & browsed thru at any time in the future - what do you think :?:

I had this idea earlier today after trying to find some precious "Lil Dad" moments that Catwoman referred me to (Havoc reminds her of Lil Dad :D ) - it took quite a bit of time to go thru a LOT of pages from early May before we found some pics & a video - so sweet & truly funny!

I really like that idea, Pru! That would be especially popular during the Winter when nothing is going on & we could go back through our memories together & re-live them!

That looks like a wonderful site, jjop...I wonder if we need a topic for birding/nature blogs, etc....I know I have several interesting birding blogs that I periodically check out...such as:

Birdchick:

...and then of course, there's Kate St. John's blog...very interesting as well:

Ideas anyone?

There currently is an area where things like this are being posted --> Catbird's "Experiencing Empty Nest Syndrome" topic in the OVER THE FENCE forum where people have posted links to other sites which offer entertainment. So, that would be my suggestion.

That limits the site to members & won't draw new people in.......I like your idea SGB. Then she can put a link to the Forum & others will follow. Just a thought......

I'd like to see "SAVE" removed from options under a newly posted picture. I SAVE too many times and then have to figure out how to post.
Can that option be removed? Why would we save anyway?
:mummy:

I agree, it's confusing at times. And I don't think many people will use it any way.

This option can be disabled in the (Advanced) Group permissions). Thought I'd mention it, so MA doesn't have to go look for it but can change it immediately

I wouldn't like to see the save removed, cause that would mean that we couldn't do drafts, which I have done several times.
