First of all, the Brandon cam is done for the season. On Wednesday we had a little over 2 inches of rain in half in a hour and it affected the camera. But the good news is our birdies are just fine. :sunsmile:

This morning before work I watched one of the boys knock Hurricane off her perch on the Scotia building, then she perched on the northwest corner of the McK bldg and got knocked off there too. Silly boys!! She flew off and the two boys stayed on the roof. Rosser is on the left. I can read his band number in another pic I took.

After work today I could only see Hurricane, so I went to the parkade which is about a block away from tower and McK bldg, to see if anybody else was around. When I got there I could hear Hurricane alarm calling. I could see a man on the roof of the building that is beside the communications tower building. Hurricane was kakking and dive bombing him and all the pigeons scattered everywhere! Brooklyn showed up to help and then a third peregrine showed up. Maybe three or four minutes later there was was a fourth peregrine, so the whole family was together. I think Rain and Rosser wanted to play because I heard one squawking a lot, saw them chasing Dad around and touching talons with him. Eventually the man left and everyone settled on the tower

The three Radisson chicks seem to be doing fine and they continue to return to the nest box most nights.

Checked on the birdies this morning and only saw one chick and both adults. It was definitely Rosser we saw because we could see the yellow tape on his band while he was having brunch up on the communications tower. It was Rain I saw yesterday and for sure Rosser today.

Sorry I haven't been keeping up with posting about our falcon family. :redface Everyone is still here but I think Rain and Rosser will be migrating very soon. Hurricane was here last year until October 8th and Brooklyn left two weeks before that. So I still have a chance to see them before they all leave for the season.
