I'm not sure she really meant to go, seemed to just lean over a bit too far, but she took off really nicely once she recovered. I sure hope that she is ok, will be glad when they spot her.

They found her and it turned out to be a male

Thanks for the great fledge coverage. As we figured, Swift & Beau, as well the the "guardian angels" on the ground are all up for the task of looking out for these babies! Glad some of you got to see live fledges! :leafrock:

You all are FANTASTIC and thank you so much for covering the first two "fledges." Yes, the folks on the ground are great, too. So grateful that the juvies are okay! :leafrock:

Well I turned the cam off a little early and missed it, which is just as well. I would have fainted if I'd seen that fall live. :ohboy:

Glad the first one was found and rescued. Couldn't tell if they got the 2nd one off the ground or not. I guess if they are boys, not too early. The parents will have their hands full this year with 3, especially if they are all boys. :nailbite:

But with a little help from their friends there at the site, I'm sure all will be fine.

Thanks for the coverage everybody.

I think they are all boys. They are all the same size.

I see him too. He's standing on the ledge :)

He's getting encouragement from Beau or Swift, or maybe one of the other young ones trying to come back?

I've been seeing the head-bobbing & wings held away from his body, so I think he's going to be gone soon. Its kinda funny watching him. He does all this flapping like he's going to take off, then when it gets really intense, he turns around & runs back into the box. :teehee:

Yes, he is as cute as can be, running excitedly all over the place flapping away.
