I am in agreement with you SGB , but it is a shame that two clutches failed here because of Archer. I feel for Unity also. but Beauty is my favorite.

I have to say a few words here. Probably most of what you are all feeling after viewing that again.

What got me started viewing falcons and be in awe of them was because of this Whole Rochester team. From Mariah and Kaver and all the kids to the fabulous people there that brought them all to us through their eyes. Their passion sparked mine.

LIke all of you, my heart is heavy when I watch these videos. but my heart also soars for all the joy they all gave us. And to see so many of their offspring nesting and offspring of theirs nesting ,is truly a tribute to Mariah and Kaver. No others can come close to them, IMHO .

WE will never forget them. And for Quest to be nesting , one of their last offspring, is just so special.
Every year I await news of Mariah becasue in my heart I know she is well.

We were all blest to have watched such a Legacy.

Soar on angels Wings Kaver and Mariah.

I don't totally understand this. I understand saying goodbye to Mariah & Kaver, but to the tower? Are they going to tear it down or something? I thought when they finished their work on the building, the nestbox would go back there. :suncon:
