what a shock to see that falcon in the box with no bands. Hard to tell for me just looking at a still shot and not seeing how they act, but it doesn't look like Trooper to me, but I was thinking about him just the other day. I hope that it's not Flyboy. He didn't have bands did he? I wonder what's happened to poor little Matrix? There's no telling what we have missed with the camera being down for so long. The nest could have changed residents several times, but I thought that first picture was Durand.

OMG....I don't know how I missed that...I had the recorder on the cam almost all day yesterday...

Gosh, I do hope its just someone passing through...but, being in the nestbox makes me nervous...you are right, ljames..neither Trooper or Flyboy had bands..I do hope D & M are ok and that this "visitor" is just passing through...I can't imagine Durand allowing anybody on her ledge if she knew about it...

Me too, Carly...it almost looks like there is another falcon off cam in your pics, Arles...so hard to tell with refresh, though...

I just pray our couple are on vacation and are ok....

Oh, Carly, I'm so glad that wasn't Angel who was injured. I'm sorry any falcon was injured but its much worse when its one of "ours". Hopefully, the injured falcon will totally recover & be released!

Yes, its hard not knowing whether Durand & Matrix are OK & both still together. Although I wouldn't mind seeing Trooper just to know that he's OK. He won my heart when he took over the care of his daughter (sorry, brain isn't working well enough to remember her name this early in the a.m.) after we lost Scout.

Oh no!!! Another unbanded stranger at the Columbus nest just like at the Harrisburg nest? I sure wish Durand and Matrix would show up here, just as I wish that Lil Dad would return to Harrisburg.

My fingers are crossed that next year is a better one for Columbus, especially for Durand.
