my last 2 shots for awhile
I am sorry Pearl1 if I duplicated some of yours.
I just put my head down and go. :D :D
Mom finally gets some and now the 2 brothers on guard. I think it is pretty obvious after looking at that feed that we have 1 female and 2 males.

So great to see those full crops on the boys again! We haven't seen that for a couple of days.

I'm a little surprised they haven't come out of the box yet.

Yeah ... I was thinking the exact same thing - about the weight! They kinda look like donut holes sprinkled with icing sugar - is that what they are???

Had a start looking at the last few pics cause I didn't see Froona! Looked harder & saw her blending in with the whitewash on the back wall!

I was also thinking that I believe our boys last year had hopped out on the perches by now; in fact, Stan was about Froona's age when he took off! But I've learned from watching the Harrisburg chicks closely that chicks from one year to the next can behave very differently. They are getting closer to the edge so that we can see them better, & for me, that's good enough for now!

Great captures, everybody!
:D

Oh - thank you so much for that link to the recipe Knorrie  Now I understand what they are - they are like profiteroles or choux pastry that can be filled with custard - YUMMEE indeed! My wedding cake (many years ago!) was made from these in a pyramid shape called a "Croque Embouche" meaning "cake of kisses" (so sweet :loveshow: )

I will be in and out this evening. My grandson is spending the night as I have to take him to the doctors tomorrow.
I am having trouble with photobucket right now.

Those minicream puffs look delicious.
