I was downtown for a bit earlier this afternoon and only saw KQ sitting on the perch. No sign of the other bird so I am glad you all got pictures.

OH! This is almost painful watching poor Kathy Q wait on this guy! When I first checked the cam, she was over to the left side, as usual. Then she edged over toward the middle. She looks straight out, and then for a few "refreshes" she has her head turned to the left, then she looks straight out a while and then turns her head backto the left. Im always thinking "He's making his move!" but no.... :sum6:

Got to head out for a bit.... C'mon big boy - show us your moves!

MAK on her way to Arkansas, she had 2 layovers as the buses were over-booked. First was Columbus Ohio yesterday for quite a few hours. This am she is stuck in Indy until noon. She went out to falcon watch and saw either Kathy Q or new male on the Horizon League Building, (on the H), in hunt mode. Tell me she is NOT excited!! She is in her element! She will be 11 hours over due for arrival in Arkansas. She took pics of the falcon. She's going to post them on forum.

Gee, I wish I had know MAK was in town so I could have met up with her during her layover.

I don't recognize this building. :think

I had planned to go downtown this morning, but the Monumental Marathon is today and it started and will end at the Monument that the Market Tower nest box overlooks. Right now not a lot of activity since the runners and walkers are on the course, but I imagine it will get crazy again real soon as the fastest runners finish. Maybe I will head down later this afternoon and see what I can see. Right now KQ on the perch....

Here's the Rfalconcam forum post by MAK with a link to her album. This can give you an idea where she saw the Falcon. I believe she looked for Falcons in Columbus but didn't find any.

Hello from Indianapolis home of the football Colts. There were people running in the Monument Marathon as I stepped out from the bus/train station. While waiting for my bus I took a look outside and while I was taking pics of the sights I stumbled upon a FALCON! I only got 2 pics of it before it flew to the other side of the Greyhound bus/ Amtrak train station out of my view. I walked around the entire station but wasn't able to find it again. Came in to warm up as I am not dressed for the cold morning and download my pics to share with my fellow falcon peeps!

No, she didn't see any Columbus Falcons. She's only like 13 hours over due at her destination! She was annoyed until she saw a falcon! She is getting on the bus now for Arkansas, if there are no more problems!
