Still only one egg. I have this cam open all day and have heard her only a couple of times and never saw him.

Well, the box was empty for a while and then Mintaka came in. It looked like he might incubate, but then he gave up. He still has a little learning to do I think.

Mintaka has been hanging out with Hera peaking over the side. It's pretty cute. I guess he's trying to figure it all out.

He got up on the edge and Hera figured that was her cue for a break. He tried really hard to figure out what to do, very sweet. Finally after about 10 minutes he left. Someone took a pic from the office inside.

I have seen some long periods the last few days with no egg coverage (30+ minutes) which is clearly because only Hera is incubating. I assume this happened last year so everything will be fine.
