Sure would be nice if there was sound on this cam. I guess that's pretty expensive. We are SO lucky in Harrisburg to have sound.

Fresh pigeon, mourning dove and red-bellied woopecker feathers, plus a dead ruddy duck on the garage roof across the street from the box. Wasted, I'm afraid.

One of the adult falcons was just on the box ledge, looking in.

Ruddy Duck? Wow, that would be a pretty good load for a falcon. I suppose Red Girl would be responsible for that, although maybe CJ could handle one if he didn't have to carry it very far. Red Girl is feeding the chicks now.

It looks like a Ruddy Duck doesn't weigh that much more than a Cooper's Hawk so it very well could have been CJ! :)
What a shame it went to waste though.
