Good luck tomorrow, Bev. and Peter...(I hope you're already in bed)...I agree, they just don't look ready. They at least need to make a trip to the top of the box first!!!

This cam has been great...but, now I think I'm really missing that side view...I know they like to go over there...and is the net up this year?

A big storm blew through there early this morning. I was there.
Rain , lot so of thunder and lightening. R stayed at box to keep kids calm.

Lots of flapping today. and witnessed R go out just east o f box , stoop a pigeon and come back to maz with it. She then flew in front o f box and then to CP with it .
i see Chase brought it over later this afternoon when Bl was on rail.

Chase and R both went after passing ravens and dive bombed them as they entered territory.
Of course they had to defend against two legged ones again,

A lady and her 2 children turned up for 3 hours and will come back tomorrow morning. The 11 year old daughter is interested in birds. she go t some great pictures. Nice to see youth interested.

Josephine came at one and so did my sick Peter and I went home around 2pm

Bob and Carol will keep Peter company tonight.

Early this morning I nearly had a poop shot. :girlcrazy: :girlcrazy: Baby magpie landed on my side car window, like a bat. do not know WHO was more scared

There was actually lots of flying by adults this morning.
I have pictures but left camera with Peter, so tomorrow I will post them
Great picutres SGB

We have some coverage for next few days and then from Friday on , it is mostly just Peter and I. I am hoping some others turn up.

I am hoping they all stay put till at least Thursday but... I do nto trust GR girl . What a bruiser she is. LOL

Great report, Bev ! Im glad Radisson and her family came through the storm ok. Sweet pictures, SGB ! Is it just an optical illusion, or does Radisson have longer than average legs?

Currently there are 2 in the box and I think one off to the right, out of cam

Bev, I'm sure you've answered this before, but can this cam zoom out any more?

I asked them to zoom out SGB and the cam went off line so I am going to phone them and ask for things like that for next year.

Blk band has been out on netting most of day. He did get a food drop there.

Peter and I have there most of the day so he will appreciate West End company

Peter came down at 11:30am to keep me company in case anything happened , and so I stayed there till after 4pm

Not too much today so far. Lots of flapping by Blkband. Green girl looks like she has a long way to go yet.

Peter just called me an d we had an intruder. he had been looking for parents when he heard R all of sudden cacking over his head and then dive bomb , what he thought may be another peregrine ,and then Chase came out of no where and chased it out of area. but after talking to me , he said it have been a hawk of some sort.
We will have to keep our eyes peeled. They did chase a small hawk like bird out yesterday.
