That little one is certainly a lounger, and just as cute as she can be!

Thankfully those egrets are too big for the falcons. There are lots of them in the area. Unfortunately there are also tons of smaller shorebirds....

Great shots everyone. The weather is getting a little cooler this week so I assume they might be flying more.

I never could figure out who this was!!! (but, I suspect 55/AV~Barb, how about color tape for next year??!!! Maybe???)..anyway, she was there a very long time...yelling alot on and off!!

This is how she looked for most of the afternoon...just in different locations on the platform.

I think this is Bertha...can't remember...

Around 6 pm there was a food drop and Sis got it!!! (that's why I think she's the one that spent all afternoon on the platform)..anyway, Bertha must have followed the parent in but she let her sis have the feed...and she ate the WHOLE thing...I could have sworn I had pics of all of that, but nope...

For a while I thought something was wrong with the sister...she had a very droopy right wing for most of the afternoon...could have been the heat...and as always, I meant to check on both of them before the cam went offline to see if she was still drooping that wing...and I got side tracked...

:girlluv: Bertha and Sis are so beautiful and cute. I love the pics of their open beeks talking to someone or the air. It is like they know that they are being watched. Bertha reminds me of Renetta. Life goes on and Eve is such a good Mom. I enjoy this nest very much and appreciate all the pic everyone post. Thank you :peace :thanku Rafikki
