If it is b/g 51/AV then it is possibly a male, 2011 hatch from the Godwin Island nest..

We may have a male challenge playing out here...so far, 51/AV isn't going anywhere...he is currently to the left of the igloo...now out of view...so, not sure if he is still there..

I thought female too, but on the list I have, it says male...I do know that sometimes Virginia Falcons will have the same band # but different Federal bands (which I couldn't see)...I'll just have to send a pic to Libby for more info..

Thanks for the video, Oko! :1val: After viewing the video, the bird there with Eve appears to be Mitchell, because once he made his appearance, she started bowing. The band numbers 51AV sound familiar to me. They are similar to the female that fought Eve for the nest after Renetta died (& caused Eve's beak problems). Her number may have been 15AV or something similar. Hope this visitor is just passing through!

I think this is still Eve.

Catwoman, that's still Eve in your pic...If you scroll up, I posted info about b/g 51/AV.

Bowing yes...and I do think that is Mitchell..but, I hesitate, because she's first bowing toward the last known location of 51/AV, which was to the left of the igloo...out of sight..not sure what I did with that footage...that footage is not in Oko's vid...

All appears calm right now, so I'll take that as a good sign!!
