As off the wall as this seems, given that the sizes of all 3 don't appear that different, could we have three young ladies this year?? It will be "interesting" to learn their sexes on banding day that's for sure!

Meanwhile back on the scrape the eyass kids are sleeping off their "poultry induced" tryptophan stupor like we do watching football or other family members shots from their summer vacation(s) :lol:

THE KIDS KEEP GETTING UP AND WALKING AROUND SINCE NIECEY IS THERE, DOING PRETTY GOOD ON THEIR ELBOWSIES :-) WHEN ONE COMES OUT THE SHADE THAT'S LEFT THERE OVER TO NIECEY SHE TRIES TO COVER THEM. THEN THE CHICK GETS UP AND GOES BACK OVER IN THE SHADE, HOW CUTE.

JUST CAUGHT LIL DAD IN THE SCRAPE FEEDING THE KIDS AND NIECEY CAME AND CAUGHT HIM AND CHASED HIM OUT. SHE WENT IN AND PICKED UP A FEW SCRAPS AND FED THE KIDS, ONE HAD A LEG IN IT'S MOUTH AGAIN UP TO THE FOOT AND THEN FINALLY SPIT IT OUT! THEN NIECEY WAS AT THE FRONT OF THE SCRAPE WHALING. GUESS SHE'S CALLING ROOM SERVICE FOR THE KIDS.

THE KIDS LOOKED DISAPPOINTED WHEN SHE CHASED LIL DAD.

Earlier this afternoon I had noticed the crops in need of a refill. Now, as I have finished fussing with the computer, I see that the crops have gotten their needed attention. It is a pleasure to see these three together.

6:04 LIL DAD CAME IN WITH A BIRD AND STARTED TO FEED THE KIDS. WASN'T EVEN A MINUTE UNTIL NIECEY CAME AND CAUGHT HIM. HE WENT OUT THE BACK DOOR WITH THE BIRD. NIECEY GOT UP ON THE SHIELD. AT 6:06 LIL DAD CAME IN AGAIN WITH A BIRD, BUT NIECEY TOOK IT AND FED THE KIDS. I GUESS LIL DAD WANTS HER TO KNOW THEY NEEDED FED!

Just watched Niecey conducting a rather quiet feeding. We are having some very light rain here this morning. Although it's been dry here and we could use some rain, I'm hoping it lets up, as I have plans to go downtown for some falcon watching this morning.
