Am seeing three chicks in front of the shield right now. Is the point view no longer on? I have had very little chance to watch today.

TRYING TO KEEP THE VIEWS TO WHERE THE KIDS ARE MOSTLY.

Tuned in about five minutes ago. A feeding was already underway. One chick was totally flattened out in front of the shield. Not sure how much the other two ate before Niecey took off with the remains. Two chicks have since gone into the scrape for the night, while the third one is still zonked in front of the shield. Well, now only one in the scrape and two in front of the shield, but not zonked yet.

Tuned in a bit ago to find one chick in the scrape, another out in front of the shield, and Lil Dad on the stick. Don't know where #3 is at the moment. And now Niecey is there without food. #3 must have been pancaked, for the chicks are out in front of the shield now.

It's down for me, too. But the still pictures are working. Three chicks are sacked out along the window at the moment. Don't have much time to watch right now.

I am reminding everyone that tomorrow May 16th is the Anniversary of "NG" leaving the Rachel Carson Ledge never to be seen again. 5/16/12. A VERY SAD time for us all. But we were pleasantly surprised to have Mom's Niece come upon the ledge to fill her Spot with Lil Dad. A wonderful Legacy this Ledge has had. May it continue to be so.............

NG was the Peregrine that first introduced me to falcons outside of the static etchings seen in art books. It was her face and coloring that captued me. I was shocked by her loss, a reminder how wild life is.

I can remember the last time I saw New Girl. It was very distressing to see a beautiful Peregrine like her in such terrible shape. While on falcon watch that year after losing New Girl, Lil Dad would be absent for hours, very much unlike him. I guess that's when he was courting Niecey. And can remember the first time Niecey actually landed on the ledge. Some choice words came from the mouths of all of us on falcon watch, all in unison. And as for something current, the video is still off, but I checked the stills. All three chicks were lined up at the bad window.

I was devasted from her loss ... NG and Lil Dad and the 2 boys ... my first falcon family ... my first loves ...

SORRY I'VE BEEN BUSY ALL DAY EVEN THOUGH I WAS OFF WORK, I JUST REPORTED THE CAM. DO NOT LIKE HOW I CAN ONY SEE ONE OF 3 KIDS ON THE STILLS EITHER :-(
