Unfortunately, eggs are obscured by a tuft of moss. Only two can be seen (not very clearly).

I saw 3 eggs yesterday. And today – portrait of Rachel.

Yes, the second chick arrived (officially @ 2:43 p.m.).
Several pictures of the hatching, and later feeding, though only the first chick participated, the second one is still too young.

Update is leaning toward 3rd egg not hatching per expert. Saying observers may be correct in believing it is the actual 1st and 3rd eggs that have hatched, however @ same time saying still within safe range for a 3rd hatch.
