(kinda off topic: The Chesapeake Bay Foundation (not Chesapeake Conservancy) built a platform with cam in Annapolis near their office (another partnership with BGE, the local utility who is moving nests in precarious places and constructing platforms - BGE helped with Severna Park nest near me). On April 19, Mom laid an egg - but there is very little fluff/grass in the nest - only sticks... and the egg fell into the nest out of sight. Poor Mom has been digging and looking for the egg since it was laid...
Meanwhile, there's still not a lot of fluff in the nest, but when I checked the cam this morning - there is an egg! I'm thinking it was laid early this morning.

Lordy, Audrey has been calling for at least 1/2 hour. Tom arrived about 5 minutes ago - Audrey is still brooding and calling
