BG - bonding in the nest! Bonding lasted about a minute, with one falcon dodging out of the nestbox. The remaining falcon gave me a quick peep at the bands which are red/ black.

Toledo- falcon was just in pebble picking and the working on the scrape.

Just an FYI...the male is unbanded and the female is banded...we were never able to read the band last year, maybe we'll have better luck this year. Only thing I know is that it was NOT Ariel (daughter of Scout and Orville) last year and I can only assume its the same 2016 female...so, our challenge? Read the bands!! LOL

BG Peregrine with black/ red bands is in the nestbox. I keep thinking it's a female, but just guessing...See how it keeps checking the cam? I think the cam must make a strange noise when it's running...It worked on its scrape a little, and hopped back on the far lip of the nest box.

Looks like the male has no bands. It's a little dark in the nest and hard to see the bands on the female but like Tsusan said they are black/red. :loveheart:
