Hi everyone. I love this site because I get a great amount of information about my favorite falcon sites.
I wonder if anyone has any idea why Green Girl at Weber Center leaves her babes unattended for such long periods of time?

green girl is usually on the cam or roof of box.( you ca often see her tail and you know when she is on cam as it goes down a bit. LOL the kids are old enough to regulate their body temperature so they are fine. but she is in there when she needs to be

one of the kids was out of box today. but got back in. not ready for that yet. Glad Gord put up baby gates, but do not know how long it will hold this crew

I would love to me you too and see the falcons but, alas, I live in Pennsylvania! I will continue to look for all pictures and dream that I am there

I also am in PA (central) one of these days I will make it up there. There are so many beautiful nests to see. I am so jealous, but happy bev can get to them & give us the outside look of the nests.

That is great area that you are in. As there is a large group of nests and fledgewatch in Pennsylvania.
We are lucky to have Bev as the path finder and teaching others how to help here. They are great group of people on this web site and help monitor them in real time. We here in Edmonton are at the tail end of the season in North America. Last to lay and fledge. But, what a ride it is.

If you are watching , you will see that they no longer get 6 and 7 feeds.

last night they fed outside the box except for one. that was a nailbiter We knew this day would come but we do not like it .
