Chat is reporting that BC checked the footage from this afternoon and did not see anything that would enable them to make a confirmation for a pip. I have not been able to see the dark spot on the 1 egg from cam 2 during any exchange since. At 5:09, Pa is up and flies out the rear of the nest. Ma arrives from the front at 5:10 and settles at 5:13 over the eggs. When she landed she hooked a pine bough from near the rails in her left leg, but was finally able to get rid of it near the bowl. At 6:15, Pa returns to the rear of the nest with a fluff delivery, but found the pine bough Ma discarded on the nest floor and places it instead. Ma started to get up, but changed her mind. At 6:17, Pa pulls up the pelt and Ma decides to get off the eggs after all and she went up to the left limb and flew. Pa ate quite a bit of the pelt and then to the eggs. Ma returns at 6:57, but Pa is in no hurry to get up! Finally he got off the eggs and stood and was vocal at 6:58 and flew out the rear, but he continued to be vocal and you could tell he was probably still on the tree. Ma to the eggs and is settled for the night shift by 7:04. Checked the app cam and sure enough, Pa flew to a branch on the tree.

the forecast is for rain all Thursday , starting tonight. You always know when weather is shifting as more and more hay is brought in. they need some warmth now . hope weather man wrong.

Ma got off the eggs at 11:30 and while balancing on 1 leg, she flapped her wings several times to rid the moisture and then flew out the back of the nest! Pa arrived from the front and went to the eggs at 11:31.

rain is to last till this evening and then let up a few days, then start again .

Ma arrived at 4:02 and Pa did not waste anytime getting up and out! Ma went to the eggs right away and is settled over them by 4:06.

Egg 1 is 40 days and egg 2 < 2hours from being 37 days. Based on Egg 1 laid most likely on 01/11/20 in the eve and Egg 2 laid on 01/14/20 @ 07:37 PM.

Pa returned at 5:57 with fluff ... I think. Ma saw him coming and was already getting up. She flew!

bless his heart . he brought in new hay a she knows they have to keep dry and warm. last year egg 1 did nt hatch till day 42 and pips can be underneath and we may not see .

mom in at 10:24 sh e is nice and dry. picture coming

dad was just getting when yo u knew he heard mom. she came in from the right side. very carefully rolled eggs . dad left immediately

At 10:23, Pa was asleep with his head tucked and he abruptly woke up and started looking all around. Then at 10:24 he stood and was looking around when suddenly Ma flew in from the front and landed toward the right of the nest. Pa was vocal and then flew out the back of the nest and Ma to the eggs. She is finally settled over the eggs by 10:29 and was reaching out bringing fluff toward her. Went back to review cam 2 and see eggs, but resolution is poor. Could hear Pa vocalize at 10:26 and it sounds as if he is very near, possibly on the nest tree. I keep forgetting sound is better from cam 2 here.

it is to get below freezing tonight and it is quite windy. mom Berry is sleeping soundly and keeping eggs warm.

Pa arrived at 7:12 with a stick that he placed on the rails. Ma got off the eggs immediately on his arrival and flew out the rear of the nest. Pa to the eggs.

Pa up and off eggs at 12:48! Ma arrives at 12:51 and to the eggs! Having trouble with COD on cams here today. She seems settled by 12:58, still pulling fluff toward her chest. Ma off eggs and flew at 3:42! Pa in at 3:44 and to the eggs.

berry is not confirming a pip but you have to get it just at right moment. and when I took that it was luck, as there were lots of spots that I think others are seeing. wait and see. they are not showing us much and at North Florida they missed the pip on second egg becasue it was underneath.
