:1val: Ma stayed on the nest until 1:53 flying out at that time. No visits this morning from Ma or Pa that I can see as of 11:45 am.

:1val: Finally someone to the nest! Pa arrived at 1:50 and started nestorations. He flew out at 1:55. Ma to the nest at 1:56. She stood for awhile and possibly nibbled from the floor, then started nestorations at 2:05. Moving a stick and aerations just as Pa did earlier. Pa arrives to the nest at 2:13 with a stick and places. They are a little nippy again today. Then they work together moving a stick. They do a little aeration work even though it's wet there. As I leave at 2:32, they are working arranging sticks to the rails.

Pa went to the right branch and out of sight and flew away at some point. Ma continued to stand on the nest and flew at 3:32.

From 3:34 when Pa next returned to the nest and 8:04 when Ma flew from the nest for the final time today a total of 10 sticks and 1 fluff bundle were brought to the nest. Pa brought 5 sticks and the fluff and Ma brought 5 sticks. One of Ma's was humongous. They were busy with nestorations during this period: aerations, fluff spreading, stick placement and assists, stick trimming, moving other sticks on the rails, etc. There were many in and outs by both and a few breaks!! Pa's last flight out was 7:13.

:1val: Some issues with the cam today with the COD, not being able to go back on the DVR, when you were able to go back it would jump to a previous time and come back.
Pa arrived at 7:25 this morning and did some aeration and flew at 7:31. Ma arrived at 7:36 and also did some aeration. Pa came back and moved some sticks and a little more aeration work. He flew at 7:40 and Ma a minute later. Ma returned at 11:30 and Pa shortly afterwards with a stick to place. He flew to the left branch at 11:40, but waited 3 minutes there before flying out. He returned at 11:49 with a really big stick to place. Ma flew at 11:54 and Pa at 12:02. Did not see any visits this afternoon, but unsure if they really did not come in or if issues with the cams today.
At 5:06, Ma arrived and stood on the nest with Pa arriving at 5:43 with a possible fluff delivery that they spread. Pa flew at 5:51 and Ma at 6:11. Ma arrived at 7:51 with Pa on her heels. He adjusted some sticks on the rails. At 7:59, Ma flew and Pa hurried across the nest to the rear to watch where she went and then he flew. He actually ran across the nest last night to see where she was off to as her departure seemed to surprise him and then immediately flew after her. Pa wants to make sure he stays near her at night!

:1val: Pa arrived at 7:35 this morning followed by Ma. They aerated a little and Pa did some rail work. Pa flew at 7:45 and Ma a couple minutes later. At around 9:00 a couple crows were on the nest or tree. The one on the nest was slinging the fluff on the floor of the nest around. Ma back at 10:42 and aerated some. Then Pa arrived at 10:46 with a stick to place. They aerated together, then Pa worked on the rail sticks. Pa went to the left branch at 10:59 and flew. Ma stood on the nest till 11:28 before flying. She's back at 1:08 and Pa at 1:15 with fluff and spreads. Then on to rail work. He flew out at 1:22. Ma stayed on the nest till 2:14. At 2:45, one of the crows is back on the nest and slinging fluff around! Ma is back at 4:41 and stood on the nest till flying at 5:34. Ma arrived at 7:42 and Pa at 7:55. He spread some fluff and worked with sticks. Pa left for the night at 8:01 and Ma 4 minutes later.

:1val: Ma arrived at 7:29 this morning followed by Pa. She started aerating and Pa joined in. Pa flew at 7:37 and returned 5 minutes later with a stick to place, then some rail work. He flew at 7:48 and Ma a minute later. She returned at 9:55. Pa returned at 10:11 with fluff to spread, then on to rail work. He flew out at 10:34 and returned 2 minutes later with a stick to place. Then he worked on aeration, rail work, aeration. He flew at 10:47. Ma flew at 11:51. She's back at 1:45 and Pa a minute later. He did some aeration and flew at 1:52. He returned at 2:18 with another stick to place, then some more rail work and aeration. He flew at 2:32. By 2:39 Ma is in the heraldic pose for several minutes. She flew out at 2:53. She's back at 5:00 followed in by Pa. He did a little more aeration, then flew 10 minutes later. Ma flew out at 6:58 for the night. Pa returned at 7:41 with fluff and spreads, then some more aeration and rail work. He flew out at 7:50 for the night.

:1val: At 7:35 this morning, Pa arrives with a stick and places, then aerates. Ma arrived during this time. She took a stick from the rail and partially placed it over Pa. He moved it to the rail on the other side of the nest. They aerated some, then Pa flew at 7:41. Ma flew 3 minute later. Ma returned at 10:42 and stood and preened at intervals, then flew at 12:15. Pa arrived at 3:20 preens and looks around, flying out 4 minutes later. At 4:43 Ma arrives, then Pa. They aerated, then Pa moved a stick and aerated more. Pa went to the right branch at 4:48 and eventually flew. Ma remained on the nest. Pa returned at 6:32 and moved a stick and aerated. Then at 6;38 he dug out the bowl some and lies in it, bringing fluff toward his chest. Ma looks on as he did this. At 7:06, he gets up and aerates the bowl and back down in it 3 minutes later again bringing fluff to his chest. Then Pa got out of the bowl at 7:26 and a couple minutes later he went to the left branch and flew. Ma flew at 7:34. Pa returned at 7:48 and to the bowl and stood on the side wall of it and aerated it. He flew at 7:54. Ma arrives at 8:00 and to the bowl and aerates. Pa arrived a minute later while Ma continued to aerate. At 8:02, Ma lies haphazardly over the bowl. Pa aerates. Ma up at 8:03 and a minute later, Pa steps up the left branch and flew for the night. By 8:13, Ma is lying in the bowl. A minute later she is up again and standing on the edge of the bowl. She continued to stand at various places at the edge of the bowl and at 10:04 turns toward it and steps down in it. She continued to stand in the bowl changing position till 10:55 when she moved out of the bowl and is looking outward from the nest. Now at 11:12, she is standing at the rear of the nest as I leave.

:1val: By 1:47 all 3 cams are down. With the Berry campus closed, unsure of how this will play out. From earlier today:

Ma did spend the whole night on the nest. Most of it standing at the rear. She moved over to the bowl and aerated at 4:14 am. She also had a visit to the tree by a small owl early this morning per chat without any harm being done before it flew out. Pa arrived to the left branch at 7:26 with a pine cone in his beak! He placed it above the bowl and then aerated in the bowl. He flew at 7:31. Ma to the left branch and flew a minute later. Ma returned at 8:23 and Pa 4 minutes later with a stick to place. He tried it out everywhere on the rails before Ma took it from him and placed! :teehee: He flew at 8:36. He returned 4 minutes later with a fluff delivery to spread. He flew out a few minutes later. At 9:56, he returned with a large, multi-stemmed, branch that he placed to the left rail and trimmed. He flew at 10:03. Ma remained standing on the nest till flying out at 11:01. Neither one had returned as of 1:13.

:1val: Turns out the other 2 cams came back fairly quick, so all 3 cams are working. At 3:23, Pa arrived and aerated the bowl, then he stood in it till Ma arrived at 3:35. He decided to aerate some more. At 3:44 he went to the right branch and flew eventually. Ma flew at 3:53. Pa returned at 7:21 and aerated, then he went to the large, multi-stemmed, branch he had brought in earlier today and trimmed some more. He kept watching something overhead for awhile and then he flew at 7:30 for the night. Ma did not make an evening appearance as she usually does.

:1val: Ma and Pa were here after 7:00 this morning, but Pa did not stay long. Ma flew at 8:02. She returned at 10:11 and Pa arrived about an hour later with a fluff delivery. Ma took it from him and placed, so Pa aerated, then he stood on the front of the nest for awhile before flying out at 11:36. She flew at 12:21. Next visitor to the nest is a crow cawing and moving fluff around at 5:15. Ma's back at 7:06 and Pa 3 minutes later with more fluff that Ma once again takes from him and then spreads. Pa moved a stick and aerated before flying out at 7:13 and Ma flew (after standing on the nest since Pa left) at 8:07 for the night.

:1val: Found Ma on the nest at 5:26 per the earliest time I could get on the DVR and was wondering if she had come in late last night, but read on chat she had flown in at 5:23 this morning. So just starting her day extra early! She did decide to go to sleep with her head tucked 10 minutes later though. :teehee: Pa arrived at 7:18 and aerated. He flew at 7:23. Then he was back with a large, headless, fish at 9:01. Just before his arrival, Ma was getting very excited as she could see him flying with it way before we saw him come in. He aerated as she ate and flew at 9:10. It took her 17 minutes to polish off that fish after he arrived with it, then she stood for 3 minutes before flying out at 9:21. Pa returned with fluff at 9:29. Then he nibbled on little bits of fish he found that Ma had dropped in the nest floor fluff. He flew out at 9:33. The cam reset and I saw Ma already on the nest at 10:31 when I came in. She had arrived 15 minutes earlier per chat. Pa came in at 1:09 with fluff, did a little stick work, then aerated the bowl. Ma spread his fluff more, did some stick work, aerated the bowl. Pa went to the right branch at 1:20 and eventually flew. Ma stood on the nest after he left just as she had stood before his arrival, then flew out at 2:18. She did not return until 6:48. She stood on the nest a long time, maybe waiting for Pa to come in, but he did not show up this evening. She preened a little and then aerated the bowl at 7:50 before flying out for the night at 7:54.

:1val: Came in this morning and found Ma on the nest, so went back on the DVR as far as I could and Ma was here at 3:30. Read on chat she came in at 2:43 this morning. At 3:32, she is lying on the bowl and aerating. She stood at 4:24. It rained this morning and at times between 7:00 and 8:00 you could see it rolling off of her. She stood on the nest till flying out at 10:09. She did not return until 4:56 and Pa arrived within seconds to the left branch and then down to the nest for his only visit of the day. They immediately began aerating together, then Pa found a stick to move. They both stood for awhile. Pa flew at 5:02. Ma went to the left branch and flew at 5:13. Will she return in the middle of the night?

:1val: They did not show up to the nest this morning from what I could see when I checked for them. However, when I came back in at 12:39 Ma was already on the nest and there was a reset and I could not go back on the DVR to see when she actually flew in. Checking chat they mentioned that Pa was just there too, but I did not see him. He returned at 1:42 with a stick and placed and arranged some others. He flew at 1:51. She continued to stand on the nest until flying out at 2:48. She did not come back until 6:38 and Pa arrived seconds later. He aerated the bowl and by 6:46 they are getting snippy with each other. He went to the right rail to do a little work before going to the right branch at 6:48 and eventually flying out. He returned at 6:51 with a multi-stemmed stick to place. He tried several places till deciding on the right rail. He went to the front rail to work with sticks and they got real snippy with each other. Then he started trimming and moving sticks, aerated the bowl, to the left rail to trim and work with sticks. He flew at 7:01. Pa returned at 7:14 with another multi-stemmed stick and started looking for the perfect spot to place. He had another snippy spat with Ma. Then he removed some wet fluff from the bowl and placed some pieces that had dried from the floor of the nest to the bowl. He flew at 7:20. Ma continued to stand on the nest. Pa returned at 8:03 and to the bowl to aerate, Ma started spreading a little fluff around on the floor of the nest. Pa got too near and they are snippy with each other 3 more times. Pa back to the bowl to aerate and she spreads a little more fluff. Then he's on to moving sticks and rail work on the right of the nest. Ma flew at 8:12. Pa watched to see where she went and he flew out within the same minute following her path.

:1val: Pa arrived with a short hefty stick at 7:18 this morning and placed to the rail. Then he aerated and did a little rail work. Ma arrived at 7:24. Then more aeration and rail work from Pa before flying out at 7:28. Ma flew at 7:47. Did not see anyone the rest of the morning. There was a reset this afternoon and I saw no indication from chat that they returned. At 5:23 someone arrives to the left branch, but you only saw a flap of a wing on arrival. After that on occasion you could see a sliver of a feather or their shadow. I'm inclined to believe it was Ma as they did not leave until 7:01 without ever coming on the nest. Pa's drive to work on the nest when he is here is much stronger than Ma's. At 8:14, someone arrives to the left branch and flew out at 8:17 and I could not see who it was. Then Ma arrives to the nest a minute later. Pa arrives a minute after her and aerates the bowl. He went to the right branch at 8:22 and out of sight. He hopped down from the right branch at 8:27 and aerated the floor getting too near Ma and they snipped on one another. He went and pulled fluff out of the bowl and moved sticks on the rail. He went up to the right branch at 8:30 and out of view. Ma went to the right branch at 8:36 and caught a sliver of her still there a minute later, but eventually she was out of view. The app cam was not reset today and unable to view from that angle.

:1val: Someone arrived to the left branch at 7:19 this morning. It was Pa as he hopped down to the nest at 7:26. He went to the bowl and looked down in it , then to the rear and flew at 7:27. Ma to the nest at 10:26. She stood in the bowl and aerated it and eventually is lying in it. At 11:22 she got up and is just standing now. At 12:40, Pa arrives and aerates the bowl. Then he moved sticks on the rails before standing for awhile and flying out at 12:55. He returned at 1:46 and ran to the bowl to aerate it. He stood in the bowl and moved sticks on the front rails while Ma flew out at 1:49. Pa to the right branch at 2:00 and flew. No further visits till Pa arrives at 7:58 and to the bowl to stand in it. He got out of it and flew 2 minutes later. Ma arrived at 8:06 and Pa 2 minutes later. He placed a stick and aerated around the bowl. He moved sticks out of the way from the nest floor and then stood in the bowl. He flew at 8:16 as Ma continued to stand on the nest. She flew at 8:22.
