:1val: Both were in and out through the day. Unfortunately, cams 1 and 2 are both down now. The approach cam is working.

:eggthumb: All cams up and running now. But, cams 1 and 2 did not come back till mid afternoon. Per chat, an eagle one at a time was seen several times in the 7:00 hour from the app cam. Unknown if they were there together or not. Both were there for the evening check of their nest. The nest remains empty as I leave at 3:24 am.

Possible tornado went about 15 min south and Berry is cleared. More warnings expected here tonight.

That is so scary. High winds, maybe a tornado, are forecast for Indianapolis tonight too. Hope for the best and that no one is injured.

Yes, the nastiness is drawing near my doorstep now. I'm barely in enhanced area to possibly receive straight line winds of 60-70 mph, large hail, possible tornados, T-storms till 10 pm CDST.

:1val: Not much of an eagle day. Per chat, Pa seen at about 10:07 on the nest, but flew a minute later. I'm sure the weather with the rains and storms had a lot to do with it. The nest remains empty as I leave at 3:30 am.

:1val: Pa made a short visit to the nest early this morning per chat. Then he did not return till the noon hour for nestorations and soon the female joined him to assist and they also stood some. Both left eventually after 1 pm. Then Pa returned a few minutes later with a small stick and more nestorations and after a few minutes, he left again. He returned again with a fluff delivery at 1:28 and the female arrived seconds later. She left at 1:40 and Pa at 1:41. I missed the early evening, but neither was mentioned in chat and I am unsure if there were any last checks of the nest made by them. Rocky paid a visit to the nest at 12:13 am. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:23 am.

:imbored: Cams 1 and 2 went black at 11:23 this evening and when they returned the views were flipped upside down, App cam has been stuck since morning. I dread ID's tomorrow and may skip that step if the cams remain this way.

:1val: Nobody showed up this morning. Pa arrived to the nest at 12:09 this afternoon and the female at 12:37 with a fluff delivery. Pa had flown to the left branch at 12:29, but when he saw her coming he went back down on the nest. They worked on aeration and moving fluff and debris. Pa flew at 12:50. She stayed on the nest and mainly she stood, but every now and then did a little aeration and moved a little fluff. Pa returned at 2:35 and they aerated more. She went to the left branch at 2:37 and flew seconds later at 2:38. He watched to see where she went, then stood looking around. He went to the right branch at 2:47 and flew. The female arrived at 7:46 this evening and aerated the bowl. Pa arrived at 7:47. She is doing deep aeration because of all the rain they got yesterday, I guess. Pa assists just a wee bit. They stood, then she went to the left branch at 7:49 and turned to face the nest. At 7:50, she flew to another branch on the left and out of view and seconds later she flew out and you could see her pass to the left of the nest and toward the rear. Pa went to the rear curve of the rails at 7:54, then flew out to the left and toward the rear. The nest remains empty as I leave at 2:08 am.

:1val: Pa came in a couple times early this morning per chat, the last time with a stick. The female arrived to the nest after his 1st visit. He was on the nest when I came in at 8:41, but there was a reset and I couldn't go back on the DVR. He went to the left branch at 8:42 and flew seconds later. Didn't catch him again till he arrived to the nest at 3:04 and started nestorations. She arrived at 3:05 and Pa was clearing the floor of the nest, by moving a stick to the front rail, then they aerated the bowl. They tussled over a stick and Pa won and placed it to the rear curve of the rails. She moved a stick and Pa took it and placed it to the right rails. They stood a bit. At 3:09, She went to the left branch and flew seconds later at 3:10. Seconds after this within the same minute, Pa flew out over the left branch. Per chat, I know there was an eagle on the nest at 8:16 this evening and a flyby behind it. The nest remains empty as I leave at 2:05 am.

:1val: Cams 1 and 2 are right side up again, but the app cam remains down. Per chat one of the eagles was on the nest shortly after 7 this morning. Pa to the nest at 9:49 and flew at 10:23. Both did their evening nest check a little after 8:00 pm. The nest remains empty as I leave at 4:00 am.

:1val: Approach cam is working again. Pa and the female most recently are not coming to the nest as often as they were. He was in at 7:33 this morning per chat and either he returned at 8:02 or the female with another pine bough they said. And again at 7:40 per chat this evening, either he or the female was on the nest for a bit. But, I do know it was Pa as I saw him come in at 8:16 pm to the nest and he reached over from the bowl area and piddled with a loosely placed stick to the right rail, then he aerated the bowl. Next to the right rail to work more on that stick. At 8:18, he went toward the rear curve of the rails to adjust, then flew out the left and toward the rear for the night. The nest remains empty as I leave at 12:47 am and it looks as if it is starting to rain very lightly.
