Earlier I tried to get a pic of both. One still in the box and the other out, by the lower right corner. I kept seeing flapping, but never clicked fast enough.
And now NONE! :flirty: But, they'll be back.

Moxie arrived with brunch and one decided to come back for the meal.

:loveheart2: I was about to say “Ollie Ollie In Free” when I first spotted one under the nestbox, and the other pretty far back against the last post… Stay safe little girls….

I was watching the feathers blow in the wind and saw a stationery "shadow" in the corner and wondered if it was a sleeping bird.
Well, it moved!

:10sum: Thanks for all your comments, Gigi- they are certainly a lively duo…Do you think they will fledge later this week? Something I noticed to help me ID them when I can’t see their bands 68/K, Kiri has a light brown “crown like” marking on the top of her head. ( I haven’t been able to see if Nova has a marking like that or not, because she seems to be all over the place…. I’m getting a glimpse of one behind the nestbox - flap hop, flap hop, flap hop….. :15heartbeat:

:loveheart: Moxie is in the nest box all by herself. No sign of the girls…. Maybe taking a nap? Moxie looks like she is enjoying the peace and quiet, dozing a little, preening, dozing some more. You’ve earned it, Moxie!

I saw that too. The girls are definitely wandering around! Here is one checking out the neighborhood.
Thanks for the ID tips, Susan!

:teehee: I have to laugh a little- I was watching for one of the girls to show up, but they didn’t. So I rolled back the video until I saw one moving around behind the nest box. Then I noticed that Moxie was perched up on what I’ve heard called “Roosevelt’s Wall” (after Freedoms mate a decade ago.) Moxie was perched up there able, I think to observe everything her girls were doing- and so far, I don’t think they know….

I saw her up there too. They know the spots for the best seeing what the kiddos are up to.
I will call that Roosevelt's wall too.

I've seen flapping to our right of the box, but not quick enough to get a picture.

One of the girls "flew" up and then hopped back down to familiar territory.

Is that Roosevelt's Wall?

:loveheart: Yes, that is Roosevelt’s Wall :hithere: I saw wing tips flapping, and Jamie came in with food for the girls… Well, Moxie was hot on his heels, grabbed it from him and left. Jamie stood there grumbling (I really think he was) and of course here is a fuzz- topped head coming for food… I guess mama falcons cut back on food to prepare their young for flight…..
