Just watched Jim Nabors sing "Back Home Again in Indiana" before the race. While he was singing they showed a shot of downtown from the track. Wish the cam had stayed on that for a little longer. Looks like a nice sunny day out there.

Did my first tour of Peregrine Patrol this morning along with the many Race fans that were out and about this morning on the circle. Hatton [we think] was strutting his stuff along the MT ledge by 6:20 am. When KQ flew onto the key, he made his way towards Mama squawking all the way before finally settling in behind stanchion 2. About an hour later KQ did a food drop in the box. At 8:45 with Hatton still behind stanchion 2, Coach braved the big world by hopping onto the cam wire just to the left of the box as we view from the street. Back in the box then back out, when I left we had both boys on the ledge with flybys by Kathy. At one point both adults near by and I believe Hatton was fed on the ledge. Several of the patrol still downtown and I am sure they will have reports from 10 am throughout the remainder of the day.
