I forgot to say, Peter said Red is chasing mom and Blue. that is why Blue is probably there.

I checked the nest cam many times today and was not lucky enough to catch Blue or Red. May they both continue to thrive. :loveshow:

She is trying to escape red Band. He loves her though. the night yellow was missing they snuggled together in the box and beak touched, and kept each other company.

Here are some photos form the JUly15th

Red band had slipped and ended up on ledge. It turned out to be best thing for him because he got fed separately and gained weight ,muscle and strength

Thank you bev. for all the nice pictures. It's always so interesting and fun to see them in areas that we can't see on the cam. I wasn't sure about that netting thing, but it seems to have worked out ok for them, giving them a place to branch out, without really leaving.

I can see Blue eating the prey now.
