Good morning everyone: to answer your question MA, my camera is a Nikon D60.

I was downtown yesterday evening as the sun was setting - I arrived at 5;15 and headed right for the statehouse steps so that I could get a good look at the ledges, I found one falcon on the nest ledge. I could hardly see it even with my binoculars so I could not tell who it was; I was so hoping it was Trooper. I even called to him while walking around hoping he would come flying on one of the ledges. I looked on the buildings too and looked as hard as I could from the bus when we drove through the Arena district but did not see anyone. I have tomorrow off for Veterans Day so I hope I get to walk around a little during the day. I also walked around the river that runs by the OSU stadium; I checked out the two towers and the stadium and looked for bird carcass that proves that birds of prey have been there but no such luck. I will stay diligent however, by the time I get downtown tonight it will be too dark to see anything especially the ledge.

Thank you so much for all your efforts rosekk17, you have gone above and beyond the call of duty, covering so much territory looking for our sweet Trooper. I just wish that I could be there with you to help you look. But, I can watch the cams.

Durand arrived on the ledge and hopped to the cam.

Of course, I'm just assuming it is Durand. When she arrived, it looked like she was headed to the nestbox, but never saw her in there on the stills for definite identification.

Well, I've got some things to do. If she is going to continue coming in the afternoon, I'm going to have to rearrange my schedule.

Strange behavior, she ran to the ledge, looked over on the next ledge, ran back to the cam and sat, then back off again to the edge and dived. Almost makes you think she is seeing somebody else.
