On Facebook, I saw a suggestion of aggression among young people.

Maybe S 28 clearly avoids S 27 and is physically weaker.

From FB

08/30 Several times today SE28 has attempted small attacks on SE27, but him has not even reacted,

is very calm these days. SE28 is a great instigator. SE27 was really very tolerant of SE28.

WBSE 2021 - 16th October SE28 Branched this morning!

Not where we expected, however he flew there and that constitutes branching.

SE28 is 77 days old and SE27 is 79 days old. Well done SE28!

10/21 Follow me, follow you

Our time with the seaglets is coming to an end soon.
Both have branched and soon they will fly away.
In the meantime they continue to dodge currawongs and practise flying back
and forth between nest branches.
Some fun tonight with Lady and SE28, who was
keen to join her on the overnight perch.
SE27 also joined in, going around the long way. E
ventually, they all settled in for the night. I think we might miss them!

HD Video - 22nd October, 7:22am.
SE28 attempted to land next to SE27 on the perch branch.
Unfortunately he landed on top of SE27 and then fell.
SE28 has been observed flying very strongly between branches in the nest tree,
therefor we are confident he should be ok.
A few minutes after SE28 fell, he emerged on a branch below the Adjacent camera - see end of video.
