Red girl is on the right side of the ledge with her head tucked and asleep at 2:36 am.

Red Girl was in the nest box around 5:00 to check on her egg. She stood over it, preened, and incubated briefly before flying off. Am thinking the second egg might arrive tomorrow.

Heree's a bio of Red Girl, who hatched from Harrisburg in 2008, set up nesstkeeping in Wilmington, and has fledged 4 or 5 new falcons into the world each year since 2011.

Something is not right here. RG (I think ) left the nest at 10.42 and the eggs have been unattended since then, not even a falcon on the ledge. It's now 12.43 in Wilmington.

I'm not sure what time it was this morning. I DID see Red Girl on the eggs. It's very warm on the East Coast today. Eggs aren't always incubated until a full clutch is laid, or after the next to the last egg. Maybe she's going to lay five again this year.
