:10sum: Both of them were moving and I was able to tell finally that they are side by side in front of the column to sleep tonight.

:buzzybee: One of the juvies at the point end of the ledge near the building!

:buzzybee: Both juvies are on the point end of the ledge right now! From this view the one nearest the building looks markedly larger, hoping the smaller one is getting enough to eat. Makes me wonder if the one is scoring most of the food if it is actually larger. Heard a commotion while I was typing and went back in to find Niecey I presume feeding at the orange pole. Niecey got turned around somehow and one of them is cut off from the feed. It was the smaller looking one of the two. It was able to get in there and tried to take it for itself, then I think Niecey tried to give it a few bites and when taken away again, Niecey got hold of it and flew off with it. Niecey may have taken it to store for later as she is now on the stick and the juvies are both crying for more food. I have not been able to catch 85 here for awhile. I am seeing some movements from one that make me think it is tearing and eating with it's back to me, so maybe Niecey didn't take it to store. Facing us now and is definitely eating something. One went down by the stick where Niecey remains to cry to her. After awhile, Niecey flew and the juvie is now on the stick, I don't know if she left before he got up there or if that is why she left.

:10sum: Niecey in the nest and 85 on the ledge near the stick bowing and talking to each other! He flew, then returned to near the point and she is atop the front wall of the nest. They continue to be vocal at intervals. Wonder if the juvies are out exploring. Niecey flew off, he watched, then headed out in her direction at about 2:34.

Yellow and Green are flying very well. This morning they were in the air chasing each other. They have been over on top of 333 Market quite a bit, over on the U Building roof, and on the roof of the Carson Building. I am at home and of course don't know where they are right now, but hoping they return to the ledge to sleep. Yellow often pancakes to sleep and Green stands up. I am completely exhausted, having spent a lot of days downtown from 5:30 in the morning and until dark. A close friend is surely also wiped out. We were both very touched at noon today when presented with a lovely certificate of appreciation from the wonderful folks at DEP. You can read about that on the Falcon Wire section of the web site. Our official watches have ended for the year.

Pretty sure it's Yellow pancaked by the column and Green standing in front of it. That's what we've seen from the ground for the last several evenings.

:buzzybee: Can see 1 juvie standing in front of column tonight. Earlier this evening while still light out, thought there might be 2 as I saw 1 lying in one direction and a head on the other side of it in the opposite direction, but could not be sure if it was actually a 2nd juvie or the head of the juvie lying down. Have checked a couple times since hoping to see a 2nd 1, but can only see one for sure.
