I knew they were near fledge
TODAY one hopped out to the outer perch.
He may fledge this weekend.

The male flapped vigorously out on the outer perch.
Easy hop back inside.
He may fledge SONday. He's ready. eager!

So often it seems those white fluffs vanish overnite, and they are sleek and brown.

At dawn June 29 I saw all 4.
Shortly after I only saw 3 all day.

I wish the cam'd stay to the RIGHT.
There appears to be a place I think he jumped up to.
I doubt he fledged, but he may have, he'd ready.

A second one is near ready too.

5 am All 4 appeared - so I snipped them!

I SAW where the 4th chick went! He flew UP to the roof above nestbox!
I am so glad I saw him fly up there!

I only saw 3 this morning.
A second chick flew off the perch to our right about 5 am.
Wish I knew whats over there.
He probly joined 54 - who may have spent the night up above.

Later 54 flew in and all 4 were together - briefly.

That far roof is great to run around on! then perch on edge.
Judging by bands Im guessing 2 boys and 2 girls - the boys are roofing.

The 2 girls must go down into nest - off cam - during HOT day.
The 2 boys fly home for the night.
I LOVE this image!
One flies down from overhead - one flies in from cam right -
both land on perch - as sisters watch. :17:

5 am One male flew right as usual - was seen on the other roof - perched - and appeared to fall down. Didnt look like a fledge.

5 am Remaining male flew off perch to the right as usual.

Fludgie never returned to nest- -hope he is OK.

One of the girls went out on perch and flapped.
Then she flew up and right like one of the males had.

FULLY FLEDGED!
10 am One went to the end of the perch, then just took off out and up.

NOON - 2 on far roof together
Late afternoon 3 of the juvies seen on top corner of far roof together, then all came home for the night.

July 4, 2025 Wind!
The wind is so strong, its helicoptering the juvies!
All 3 left the box and ended up on the far roof.
They took the 'long way' around.

Today a cam op came and gave me a closeup.

Late day - I saw all 4 inside the box.
At least one flies freely, the 2 girls take the 'long way' to the far roof.

The girl had sat on that perch for hours, then her sibling came barreling in, knocking them both off. They showed back up again - they're ok.

July 6 Evening - I saw all 4 in the box. 2 came down off box roof.
I've seen both males flying freely. 3 still gather on far roof.
The youngest female sits and screams .. and screams .. and screams!
