I added up the dates and as of today:
Egg #1 is 43 days (laid 3/23)
Egg #2 is 41 days (laid 3/25)
Egg #3 is 39 days (laid 3/27)

My heart breaks here. They are still faithfully incubating.
We may experience this at Genesee also

Nature just has its own plan.

Many failed nests this year, unhatched eggs - MORE than norm.

This Mom might be another 2 year old. So many this year.

Oh my. Still incubating. Too bad they could not have put in a chick from another nest

They have turned off the cam...sad that there are no chicks here this year...
