I'm started to suspect that there may be an egg...out of cam view.

Dad also brought her a very early breakfast..that was very much alive. (I couldn't watch)...

I guess time will tell.

Maybe their age (14 and 16)? The eggs look a bit "dry", they don't have this shine. (Just my 2 cents).
