:hatchegg: :hatchegg: :hatchegg: Was here checking out what DEF put on "Breaking News" about the Dad here (hope there will be a video) and then scrolled back down the DVR to see the outcome and came upon a feed that Mom was having a little trouble with and came on down to a feed a few minutes ago to be sure everything is okay and noticed a wet chick fall away from the bundle. Is she a new Mom this year?

The babies really looked tired that day- was it hot? I rolled the video back just now and saw feeding three eager chicks. I am glad they are doing well :15heartbeat:

Topeka chicks were banded on May 31. I managed to read the bands: black over blue A/81 and A/82. Don't know (yet) what gender.

One of the kids fell off the perch late yesterday...

Bless its heart..he hung on for as long as he could..looked like he was able to right himself on the way down. Hopefully he's OK. I can't remember what's under there...if anything.
