Beth, the egg was laid this morning, GREAT CAPTURE :thumbegg:

I'm posting the 3 pics I got yesterday, now. Then I'll get the pic I took this morning on my iPhone, while I was out doing my nest checks, after I download it to my computer, and then upload it to PB, post it on BCAW.

One thing you need to notice about the time on this cam is, it's two hours behind real time, check it out.

This is the screen cap from my iPhone, I didn't bother to edit it. You can see the time on the phone and the time on the cam. I have been following this nest and have caps, but don't post because Misc. gets lost. Maybe now that there's an egg SGB will give it a topic, hope so :grin:

I can't remember checking this cam and not seeing one or both osprey on the nest, very unusual :roll:

I was beginning to think this was another osprey pair with an issue :lol:

Now I can update the osprey nesting calendar, I was waiting for an egg....I didn't want to just start with Dunedin's loss!

Beth, I do know about the Discovery Osprey Cam, but it's one of the cams I can't get...for whatever reason. I hope other forum members, that can get this cam, will post on the progress of the nest. The nest is on the Maryland side of Chesapeake Bay, about 1/2 way up. I'll add the link to our BCAW OSPREY NEST LINKS. Thanks for reminding me, I tend to forget about cams I can't view. I hope if anyone knows of other cams we don't have listed they will post the links and information on the nest.

The Cape Henlopen nest is in Lewes, DE on Delaware Bay, almost directly across the bay from Cape May, NJ.

BTW, I received an update today from the Cape Henlopen site. They corrected their osprey sighting to say they have (they think) the male...but not both on the nest.

Beth, Thanks!! I know the cam has been down for days, it was still down this morning, all their cams have been down, not just the osprey cam...maybe all the storms crashed them. This will really have me cross eyed :lol:

Glad to see ospreys in this nest...hope they have eggs this season :openrose:

If anyone has time, that can get the Barbee Mill cam and the Discovery Cove cam, check them and post their progress? Thanks :grin:

Barbee nest-I haven't seen the Eagles for several days and the
nest area looks the same -tall grass!
