well these two are doing well . Dixie is 9 days old and Mason is 7 days old.

it was a tandum feed for a bit
one kid moves to bottom and gets fed and one at top gets a small feed also( i did not capture the feeding at top but it did happen

Both adults had to fend off intruder yesterday, but got job done

Dec29. Lots of rain and wind here as well. A big storm system in Florida
But both adults doing great job

Pepe is low in tree while Muhlady is covering chicks

this week was a hard week. I had to walk away for a bit. there seems to be an intruder around and so no t enough food coming in. biggest one was just vicious with attacks. I have seen lots in my years but this was beyond. Muhlady was just feeding the one also.
God granted a miracle as we thought 'youngest had succumbed but then fresh big fish in and he managed to crawl up and away from sibling and got a great feed and yesterday it could eat no more. . I pray feeds continues as I am no t sure things are settled yet here.
but I do enjoy the cam, but I do not have stomach for nastiness anymore, even thought I know it i s nature
I am sure oldest is female but size difference fo r their age is quite a bit
