:1snowman: Thanks for your capture, Ferenz! It is very grueling at times, trying to see what is going on here. And now to add to the confusion, the DVR is acting up. I have caught them on the nest at the same time, but not every day. It's already skipping ahead as I was viewing on the DVR it went from 1144 to 1329, but I did see one stand at 11:28 and fly off and one come in at 1130, not sure if same eagle. But, softness around eyes, so maybe Mom. I can only tell them apart when they are together usually. It is such a hard cam to view, I haven't even tried to find ways to tell them apart other than size.

 Possible nest exchange at 1448 as one eagle stood and flew. One eagle in at 1450 and seemed larger, so maybe Mom. At 1504, the cam jumped ahead to night.

 Possibly it is Mom who stands at 8:38 and flies with Dad coming in to take her place.

:holwave: At 1157, an eagle mercifully lands on a branch the cam insists on showing us and stays for several minutes!!

:flirty: At 1517, Mom stands up and out of bowl and flies! Dad flies in and gets in the bowl to continue incubation! Love it when I get to see them standing!!

:flirty: At 1018 you can see both on nest at the same time!! Dad flew in while Mom still on the bowl! She got up and flew. Dad remains on the nest as I leave at 1119 nest time.

:7val: At 1357, Mom gets out of the bowl and feeds herself from source on the nest. This is the 1st time I have seen anyone eat. Wonder if one of them has heard chirping from a egg and has decided it's time to bring food to the nest. Dad shows up within the minute with a stick for the rails. There seems to be little room, but hard to tell for sure and he flies off. She fed herself for 5 minutes before getting back on the bowl. At 1640, I think it's still Mom and she stands from the bowl and looks downward. Eventually, she gets out of the bowl and moves the stick to the rail that Dad brought in earlier, I'm guessing. Then back to bowl. At 1718, she gets up and looks down in the bowl, eventually rolling the egg/eggs and back down.

:1val: At 9:57, Dad in with a fluff delivery! He does a little spreading around the edges of the bowl, but Mom does not budge, so he flies. She stands at 9:59 and eventually gets out of the bowl area and flaps her wings, then back to the bowl and gingerly settles. At 10:33 she raises some and is looking down in the bowl, some aeration maybe, eventually she seems to spread a little of the fluff and after about 4-5 minutes she settles. At 10:48, she's up and flies! At 10:50, she returns and settles on the bowl. At 11:04, Dad arrives with a food gift and bloody beak, Mom gets up to go near the right rails, he flies at 11:05. She feeds herself and I saw 1 wing flap as Dad flew behind the tree as Mom was eating. When finished eating, she settled back on the egg/eggs. The cam pretty much began showing the upper tree for quite awhile, then at 12:55 1 partially hidden, eagle up to make some adjustments in the bowl and back down again. At 13:15, some downward looks. At 13:33, re-positions. This has most likely been Mom all this time as at 14:08, Dad returns with fluff and spreads and Mom gets up and he flies. She stands there, then shakes her body and wings and back to the bowl and settles. At 14:42, she's up in the bowl making adjustment's to it or the egg/eggs and settles. At 14:51, all is well!!

:7val: :hatchegg: Hatch, hatch, hatch, feed, feed, feed!! Congratulations Mom and Dad!! :7val:
From their behavior yesterday, I thought something was going on. And then it seemed there may be a hatch in progress or hatch before dark last eve, but couldn't tell for sure and it got dark and of course the viewing is over here. At 7:19 this morning, Mom gets up. Dad arrives with a fluff delivery and places on the left of the nest. She begins the feed at 7:20!! Dad leaves at 7:21 and returns in 2 minutes with another fluff delivery. Mom continues the feed. At 7:24 Dad leaves and the feed is over and Mom gets back on the bowl.

:1val: Plan on doing a summary of today's events later, but Dad did come back shortly after his fluff deliveries this morning for a nest exchange with Mom and another feed can be viewed at 12:08.

:15heartbeat: Things flowed very well for them today. Dad seemed eager to give breaks, even though Mom did not accept all of them. I saw him attempt to do a feed very gingerly and I think he got a couple bites in, but sometimes his beak seemed a little far away to make contact. There were a couple of possible blocked, small, feeds from him also. Just unable to tell for sure as he likes to aerate too. He brought in more fluff and at least once he flew in with a stick in his beak for placement to the left rails. He stood there for awhile after getting the stick "so so" waiting for her to get up, so he could take over, but she made him wait before finally moving out of the bowl and stretching her wings, then flying. Of course Mom did feeds too and a few bites for herself. Both would stand and look down in the nest and then he had a tendency to do a little aeration work. I was unable to catch prey being brought in, but that does not mean none was brought in.

:flirty: Followed them through out the day using the DVR and live coverage. Thankfully, Mom has a tendency to feed from the right side of the nest while standing in profile, making her feeds easier to follow. Dad has a tendency (but not always) to feed with his rump aimed our way and his feeds are blocked and hard to follow. Sometimes feeds are blocked d/t a breeze and moving foliage from the front branches. The view is all over the place when windy and it is difficult to follow anything during those times. I am trying to watch feeds to detect if she is overreaching at any time, maybe to get to a 2nd beak, but was unable to see that today. A dual feed would be nice!! They seemed to look and listen this morning, but the rains this afternoon made it impossible to follow up with any real changes in their behaviors towards what may or may not be happening or has already happened in the bowl.

0702: Mom got off the bowl and went to the edge of the nest and flew.
0703: Dad flew in and looks in the bowl, then stands to the side. Difficult to determine if blocked feed or what he is doing.
0712: He got on the bowl.
0750: Mom returns, Dad flies, she feeds the chick. Bites are a more hardy size compared to yesterday.
0756: She went to the bowl.
0810: She seems to be looking and listening as they do when they are hearing a chick from the egg or one hatching or could it be her chick is restless?
0811: She gets off the bowl and feeds the chick.
0815: Back to the bowl.
08:28-08:29: Looking down in the bowl and listening.
0917: Dad arrives with a fish delivery, then flies off.
0918: Mom watches intently outward from the nest, then up and flies.
0919: Mom returns with alerts. Pulled up fish that Dad had delivered and put it back down.
0921: She got on the bowl.
0951: Mom off bowl to eat and feed.
0956: Back to bowl.
1101: Eagle gets off bowl and flies. Here I expected it to be Mom, but body seemed smaller and I wondered if
this is Dad. May have missed an exchange or miss ID'd to begin with.
1102: Mom flies in and alerts.
1104: She starts a feed, then just stands there, then alerts, then flew.
1106: Dad returns.
1108: He got on the bowl, then looks down in it and listens.
1150: He got off the bowl and eats and feeds.
1201: Back on the bowl.
1204: Moms back.
1205: Dad flies.
1206: Mom to bowl.
1330: Have gone through a heavy rain with wind and low visibility. Can see Mom now and she is soaked.
1333: Mom gets off the bowl, pulls up the fish and feeds.
1337: Back to the bowl.
1436: Up and out of bowl and blocked feed.
1440: Back to bowl.
1459: More rain and wind.
1514: Dad returns with prey I believe, then flies. Mom gets up to eat and feed.
1519: Back to bowl.
1530: More wind, rain, very strong.
1607: Rain continues.
1619: Mom gets off bowl, pulls up a fish, feeds.
1624: Back to bowl.
1711: Mom gets off bowl, feeds, eats.
1717: Back to bowl.
1815: Darkness fell.

:15heartbeat: Dad in at 7:07 while Mom on the bowl. Possibly a fluff delivery. He left within a couple minutes. You can see her head on the bowl till sometime after the 8-9 hour, then it's Cypress Tree viewing with the exception of a few quick peeps of her head till now. Today, the top, partial, view of the nest when visible is in the top, right, corner. May not change, unless whoever has control of the PTZ comes in to adjust. What a shame!!

:rudolf: At the 8:04 feeding, I am slightly suspicious that she gave 2-3 bites to a second chick, but need to see more feeds to decide. However, there is a 9:16 feed that during the 9:18 minute I thought I saw the tip of a white fluff head!! Then during the minute of 13:42 at the end of a feed, I saw a bobbing, white, fluff head!! Unfortunately, onscreen they are still in the top, right, corner and viewing is very limited ...

:rudolf: More times to view the chick's head and sometimes beak are at 14:16-14:17, 16:37, 17:57. Sometime after 15:00, the view changes and the nest is lower again, although still difficult to see much with the foliage and broken off limb in the way.
