:1val: Pa to the nest with a stick this morning at 6:36 that he placed to the left rail, then he moved another stick from the floor. Next he aerated the bowl. He flew at 6:39 to the left, then rear. The female arrived to the nest at 6:50 and aerated the bowl. At 6:56, she flew to the left, then toward the right rear. At 8:22 this evening, Pa arrived to the nest and stood looking down at his talons or the nest floor, then around. He aerated the bowl at 8:27. He went to the left branch at 8:29 and flew seconds later for the night. The nest remained empty as I left at 12:11 am.

He went up to the left branch at 8:21 and flew seconds later for the night. The nest remains empty as I leave at 3:47 am and there is a very light rain.

:1val: Nobody showed up to the nest today till this afternoon at 2:15 when Pa arrived to the left branch. He went to the nest a minute later. At 2:19, he went to the right rails to adjust. A minute later he is aerating the bowl. The nest is really wet. At 2:21 he crouched over the bowl area and by 2:29, he laid down. He stood at 3:00 and walked up the left branch at 3:03 and out of sight. He remained on the left branch and could be seen from the app cam. He came down the left branch and in partial view at 3:49 and flew out for the day at 4:01. The nest remained empty as I leave at 3:52 am.

:1val: At 11:59 this morning, the female arrived to the nest and aerated the bowl. She laid in the nest at 12:03 and brought fluff forward. She stood at 12:06. And laid down again at 12:08 and right back up again. At 12:09 she adjusts the left rails, then to the left branch. At 12:54, she sees something to the right of the nest and is vocal at intervals. Then at 12:56, something seemed to fly just above her, saw a flicker of something and she ducked and was vocal and went to the nest alerting. Then she was watchful. Watched incident from app cam and saw a large, solid-dark, bird fly very quickly from left to right in the upper left, corner of the screen disappearing d/t the tree foliage. It was not that near her and I was puzzled by her reaction, unless because she had been watching to the right and this bird appeared from the left and just startled her. The flicker I saw may have been a shadow or her wing, I just don't know and watched it several times. Pa arrived to the nest at 1:01 and she alerted. He moved a stray stick toward the right rails, then aerated the bowl area. At 1:03, the female flew toward the left and Pa watched her, then stood for awhile. At 1:26, Pa laid in the bowl area. He stood at 1:59. He laid down again at 2:08 and stood at 2:23. He went to the left branch at 3:09 and alerts, then flew seconds later. There were fire works with occasional flashes and a grand finale from 9:41-9:51 this evening. Did not hear the eagles vocalize during this. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:48 am.

:1val: No eagles today until 7:12 this evening when Pa came to the left branch. He went to the nest at 7:50 and aerated the bowl. Stood a bit. At 7:52, back to the left branch and flew seconds later at 7:53. He returned to the nest at 8:07 and stood a bit, moved a pinecone. To the left rear of the nest at 8:12 and flew to the left seconds later and then to the rear. The nest remains empty as I leave at 2:47 am.

:1val: One of the eagles to the nest at 6:20 this morning per chat and then flew at 6:27. As far as I am aware, there were no further eagle visits till 7:58 this evening when Pa arrived to the nest. He spent most of his time looking downward either at his talons or the bowl area as it was honestly hard for me to decide which. Occasionally he would raise his head and look about as he normally does. He went to the front of the nest at 8:03, then toward the right and up on the front rails near the base of the narrow right branch. Then exactly at the top of the 8:05 minute, he flew out between the 2 right branches for the night. The nest remains empty as I leave at 12:58 am.

:1val: There were no eagle visits to the nest today. However, Rocky was on the nest from 10:41-10:46 this evening. He was difficult to see in the 10:43-10:44 minutes, because he buried himself in the nest and tunneled about with a couple peeks through the fluff to make sure nobody was sneaking up on him! The nest remains empty as I leave at 12:31 am.

:1val: The eagles finally made an appearance today! It was reported per chat that Pa was in sometime around 6:22 this morning and he flew at 6:26. Then the female came to the nest at about 6:30 and no word on when she flew. They said she returned at about 6:37 and flew at about 6:40.

There were no further visits till 8:27 this evening when Pa arrived to the nest. He stood and looked around and downward. He flew at 8:32 to the left, then rear right. He returned at 8:40 and preened a little, then looked around and downward. He went to the left rails at 8:43 to adjust. At 8:45, he went to the left branch and flew seconds later. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:41 am.

:1val: The female has not been seen on cam since early Wednesday morning. Curious if she has wandered away from the nest area or will show up soon. At 9:43 this morning, Pa arrived to the nest. Then at 9:49, he flew to the left taking off from the center of the nest. He returned at 8:23 this evening to the nest and looked downward. At 8:28, he crouched over the bowl area. He laid down at 8:36 and chewed on some fluff in front of him, then brought some forward to his chest. He stood at 9:02. He went to the right branch at 9:04 and out of sight. Then in partial view at 9:07 and out of sight again at 9:09. He remains on the right branch as I leave at 01:10 am per the approach cam and is obviously spending the night. Sometimes he has been in partial view on the nest cam at intervals, but mostly not.

:1val: Pa spent the night on the right branch and flew out at 6:20 this morning per chat. The female showed up today! She arrived to the nest at 12:20 this afternoon and was vocal, then aerated the bowl. Eventually she got on the right rails and it appears that she is being harassed by another bird. It sounds like a blue jay. And it is a blue jay as it showed itself. At 1:21, she went to the left branch and landed with her back to us, then turned around. At 1:22, she flew out for the day. Pa arrived to the left branch at 7:49 this evening. By 8:05, a blue jay is harassing him. Pa turned around on the branch at 8:29 and flew seconds later. Pa returned to the nest at 8:32 and looked down and about. At 8:33 he crouched, then laid down in the bowl and brought fluff forward. He stood at 8:45. He went to the left branch at 8:46 and flew out for the day at 8:47. The nest remains empty as I leave at 2:16 am.
