:eggthumb: The female came in early this morning and did just a little work during her short stay. About an half hour visit from Pa early this afternoon, although he was only in partial view and remained on the left branch the whole time. A surprise visitor to the nest during this time was a maybe 3 1/2 to 4 y/o eagle. Size indicated female and I did not hear one peep from Pa. She even worked on the nest and rails as if she knew what she was doing. The females visit was almost 50 minutes and she left about 20 minutes after Pa. And 2 visits from the female and Pa this evening to work on the nest. Pa flew at 6:51 and she at 6:52 for the day. Welcoming vocals could be heard in the distance, but no responses. The nest remains empty as I leave at 11:18 pm.

:1val: Numerous visits to the nest with extended stays to work by the female and Pa this morning. Pa only snapped on her a couple times that I saw after she had been messing with one of the sticks on the rails. No food was brought in. They also did a short visit this evening before dark and did a little aeration to the bowl and removed a couple of sticks from it. Rocky has made several visits late this evening stuffing it's cheeks with fluff from the nest and taking it back to it's own nesting site.

:eggthumb: The female was in twice today and Pa three times. They worked on nestorations with each visit at least for awhile. Their visit to the nest overlapped only early this morning. He was alone his 2nd visit this morning and his third visit this evening. She came in for a lone visit this afternoon with a stick. The nest remains empty as I leave at 2:06 am.

:eggthumb: Both made several visits to the nest today bringing in fluff and sticks. They did a lot of work on their nest. Pa did beak her a couple of times, but it was of the gentle sort as he was not upset about sticks or such at the time. She flew off for the day at about 6:25 and he at 6:32 per chat. The nest remains empty as I leave at 12:27 am.

:1val: Pa started his first of several visits to the nest this morning at 8:03 when he arrived with a stick in his beak to place to the rails. Both were in and out this morning working on their nest with some visits overlapping. Pa ended up making a couple stick deliveries and a couple of fluff deliveries. He also brought in the remains of a meal that he eventually ate as she didn't come with that visit. But they both certainly put in a lot of work on the nest this morning. No more visits till Pa popped in for an after sunset visit to the nest at 7:02 that he stood and then walked around looking about until he flew into the darkness to the left at 7:04. Soon welcoming vocals with responses could be heard in the distance. The nest remains empty as I leave at 12:35 am.

:eggthumb: Another very busy work day for the eagles. Pa came in 5 times this morning and brought in a total of 4 sticks and 1 fluff delivery. The female came in once this morning, but stayed for awhile and both worked on the nest. Pa back once this afternoon with a stick and again before dark with another stick. The female was also in with a stick this evening and they continued their work on the nest. The female flew for the day at 6:45 and Pa at 6:56. Soon welcoming vocals heard in the distance, but no response. Rocky has been about the nest from 11:57-11:58 and 1:10-1:12 tonight. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:37 am.

:eggthumb: Both were in today, but they did not have as many visits nor were they as busy, but both worked on their nest. Pa was in early this morning and she shortly after and they did some work on their short visit. Pa returned later in the mid morning with a multi-stemmed stick and mainly worked on the rails or stood during his 10 minute visit. He basically touched base with the nest this evening during a very short visit. About 3 minutes after he arrived, the female could be seen flying in a big circle around the nest starting at the right, around the front, to the left and then on toward the rear where they roost at night. After she landed out of sight, she was vocal to Pa and he responded. He flew seconds later to the left, then toward the rear for the night. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:50 am.

:1val: Pa to the nest this evening for the 1st time today at 5:55 landing in the bowl. He stood and looked all about. At 5:58, he got up on the rear rails and flew to the left, then toward the rear for the day. The nest remains empty as I leave at 10:05 pm.

:eggthumb: Both were in early this morning per chat. Pa did bring in a small fish for her to eat. Later in the morning the female returned alone with a stick she dropped to the floor for Pa to deal with later. She stayed for more than an hour with most of her time spent on the left branch before taking off. Pa came in this afternoon with the female following him in. Sure enough, he grabbed the stick she had left on the floor this morning and placed it and another one he found to the rails. They aerated the bowl, then stood. It was only a 6 minute visit before she flew out, then Pa. Rocky could be seen on the rails and a branch for a few short seconds this evening. The nest remains empty as I leave at 11:36 pm.

:eggthumb: A very busy work morning today. Sticks were brought in, fluff, the remains of prey from Pa to her. Rails were added to and adjusted, the bowl was aerated and debris removed, fluff was spread about, sticks were clipped. Some snipping at each other. Some standing and looking about, some perching on the limbs or rails. So busy, I have about 4 1/2 pages of notes. Only Pa came in at 5:47 this evening to the nest. He picked at fluff in the bowl, then went to the left nest. Up on the rear curve of the rails at 5:54 and flew to the left, then towards the rear seconds later. Rocky was about the nest or branches from 7:58-59 and 8:55-56 this evening. The nest remains empty as I leave at 11:30 pm.

:eggthumb: Pa was in early this morning with a stick and a short visit. There was a reset at about 1:25, but the female was there when I went in. He returned this afternoon at 1:26 with a headless fish that she took and ate. Pa left after working on the nest, but returned shortly with another stick. More work and she helped some. Pa flew out for the day, but the female remained for a long time before flying out really late this afternoon. I've noticed sometimes she has a tendency to hang out on the nest or branches when he is feeding her. There have been several instances of cam 1 freezing today and finally it went down. But cam 2 and the app cam are still working. The nest remains empty as I leave at 11:17 per cam 2.

:eggthumb: Pa in early this morning to do a little work during his short visit. He returned later in the morning with a stick and did more work on the nest before flying out after about a 23 minute visit. Another short visit to aerate his bowl this afternoon. He returned this evening with the female following him in. They worked about the nest for a few minutes, then she went to the left branch for several seconds, then back to the nest and flew out a minute later. Pa watched her go, did just a little more work, then flew out 5 minutes after she left. Cam 1 has been up since about 10:59 am. The nest remains empty as I leave at 12:43 am.

:1val: Both eagles were in and out this morning for a relatively short visit before 7:00 per chat. Pa came back just a little later with remains of prey that he ate. After he finished he worked on the nest doing aeration in the bowl and moving fluff. He stood a bit, then laid down in the bowl and right back up again. He stood a bit before flying off to the left. He returned a little later with a stick he placed to the front rails, then stood. Crows are in the area cawing. He flew to the left, then rear for the day. The female showed up just a little past noon with a stick she put on the front rail quickly (so Pa could adjust or move later), then she aerated the bowl, stood. At 12:11, she landed on the left branch facing the nest and seconds later flew out over it and to the rear for the day. The nest remains empty as I leave at 12:42 am.

:eggthumb: The female arrived to the nest at 6:54 this morning and a stick flipped up and caught in her tailfeathers as she stepped on it when landing. She went about her work for awhile, then finally reached around and grabbed the stick caught in her tail and placed it to the rear rails. Pa arrived with a stick at 6:57 and together they worked on their nest till he flew at 7:05 and she at 7:13. She returned shortly with a stick and worked, flew out and back again with another stick and worked till flying out. Pa returned later in the morning with a fluff delivery and spread, then more nest work before flying out. She returned shortly with a fluff delivery and more work before flying out. Then she returned shortly with a stick she eventually dropped on the front rails and left a couple minutes later. Pa returned at 4:00 and aerated the bowl, then stood before flying out after a 3 minute visit. He returned at 5:47 and aerated the bowl before she arrived at 5:49. They worked on the nest till she left at 5:53 and he at 5:57 for the night. Rocky to the nest a couple times earlier this evening full of vim and vigor. The nest remains empty as I leave at 11:50 pm.

:1val:Pa in this morning at 9:22 with a stick that he eventually placed to the right rails, then bowl and more rail work before flying out at 9:28 from the left branch. He returned at 11:50 with prey remains, but he did a little nest work before eating it. He finished eating at 12:36, then hopped up on the left rear, curve of the rails and flew out. At 12:51, the female arrived to the nest followed in by Pa. They aerated the bowl, then the female picked up a wad of fluff and dumped it on Pa's head. She flew from the left branch while facing the nest to the left at 12:55 as Pa watched. Pa flew at 1:11 from the left rear, curve of the rails to the left. Pa returned at 5:55 this evening followed in by the female. They aerated the bowl, stood, moved fluff before Pa flew for the day at 5:59 from the left rear, curve of the rails to the left, then rear. She watched him go, then she flew out for the day at 6:00 from the left rear, curve of the rails to the left then rear. Eagle vocals could be heard seconds later from the rear woods. Eagle vocals at 9:46 per Bel. Rocky has been active on the nest at 10:07 and 11:06. The nest remains empty as I leave at 12:05 am.

:harvest: A short working visit for Pa a little before 7:00 this morning. Then the female came in shortly after 7:00 for a 3 minute working visit. Pa returned at 9:03 with a very small stick he placed near the right rails, moved some fluff, then stood. He flew from the left branch at 9:15. He returned shortly with a large, multi-stemmed, stick he placed to the right rails, then a stick to the left rails. He flew at 9:24. A few minutes later, she came in with a stick and worked on the nest. She went to the left branch at 9:42 and had a snite, then remained perched until she flew out at 10:29. (All 3 cams went down a little before 1:00 and did not come back up till 4:12.) Pa returned this evening at 5:40 and stood till the female came in seconds later at 5:41, then he aerated and she assisted, they stood. Pa moved fluff and she laid on the floor of the nest and brought fluff toward herself. He worked on the right rails and she aerated the bowl from where she laid. At 5:46, the female stood and Pa flew out for the night to the left, then rear. She watched. She flew at 5:47 for the day to the left, then rear. Rocky in and out and about on the nest at 12:20 am. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:15 am. The app cam went down this evening.
