12/21 Wet Gabby

7.02 am During the night of the rain, wet Gabby eats breakfast from yesterday's supply and flies.

Samson arrives at the nest, sees two eggs for the first time, lays them for a long time and sits on them

Happy holidays to all! Nice to see all going well here with Samson and Gabby. I saw a shift change at 1143 am. Sam came in with wet feet and a very full crop. He must have had a nice breakfish. He came into the nest with a stick delivery and offered to give Gabby a break to go get some lunch for herself. Such a sweet couple. :7val:

Sam brings a stick and a full crop to the nest...lol. With a full tummy, he is ready to take on the afternoon egg shift. Samson on the left.

She may have been defending, or was watching to make sure other eagle did not return. We have seen this before so I am so happy. Watched YouTube and saw her return. Samson probably knew where she was as he did not go off looking for her
