UB fledge #1 was active today & flew to a few bldgs
He‘s flying well & was showing off his wings at the top of the Makay tower. His 3 siblings are looking ready to fly soon too. Click on photos to view full size .-Carol L.

I still see 3 at box, on eon perch and 2 on ledge,

on e fledged form perch on right as you look at cam, and went right

Two on the perch and thinking seriously of taking that first flight......................



Either Yankee or Dixie just came in with food - so the two on the perch are on the ledge eating....

I did not see number 3 fledge yesterday. I always had 2 in view, even when I went ot bed late last night

but 10 hours ago they say
UB-3 have fledged. Best guess is 2 girls, 2 boys. (No banding again this year). Girl 2 returned to nest to stay with unfledged girl 4. Boys 1 & 3 hung together tonight on an upper level. #1 flew to water tower & back & looked like he was the King of the World. The boys flew & played talon tag before returning to Makay. - Carol L.

so it must have fledged an went right back to nest. strange as I had recorder on. But glad they are doing well

one has come to visit as I have 2 here at 9:33am

will check my tape

and while typing it flew and I see the one on perch looking up

I always worry when on e takes first flight , when others are flying because they sometimes play tag them down low.
