ONCE AGAIN, NO FALCONS AROUND THIS MORNING. THIS TELLS ME THINGS ARE STILL NOT SETTLED. WHEN THINGS ARE GOOD AND LIL DAD IS AROUND, HE'S ALWAYS HAVING BREAKFAST ON THE POINT BY NOW. DIDN'T SEE NIECEY SHOW UP EITHER. SO, QUESTION IS................WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? THIS HAPPENED BEFORE TOO WHEN BOTH MALES WERE MISSING FOR A WHILE AND I REMEMBER SAYING I HOPED LIL DAD WAS SEEING NO BAND OFF TO CHINA. I SURE HOPE IT'S LIL DAD WHO SHOWS UP WHEN IT'S ALL SAID AND DONE! I WON'T BE ABLE TO WATCH MUCH TODAY, HAVE A FUNERAL TO GO TO AND CHORES TO DO.

WOW!! I just read through all of that record keeping. Very complete. I have not seen anyone on the views this morning. Nature keeps us guessing. A BIG THANK YOU Reenie for all of that writing.

Somebody is on the shield. Not sure for how long. Looks like a male, and that's all I can tell. And now gone.

Great catch, Nancy. I see somebody over on the U roof right now on the Market Street side. And when the view cycled back, nobody on the U.

WELL LIKE I SAD ON FB, I BELIEVE THE ONE TOWARDS THE COLUMN IS NIECEY BECAUSE I COULD SEE HER GREEN TAPE WHEN I BLEW UP THE PICTURE, BUT AT THE SAME TIME, I CAN'T SEE ANY BANDS ON THE OTHER ONE :-(

Haven't seen any falcons on the cam this morning as of 9:45. Am going to make a run downtown, and will report something later.

Sue and I spent about an hour downtown this morning, from roughly 10:30 to 11:30. We hadn't been there long until a falcon flew in from the direction of the Harrisburg Hospital. It landed on the shield, which is most likely the bird in Loza's pictures. We went up to the roof of the Chestnut Street garage for a better look, and by the time we got up there the falcon was gone. We looked all around and saw no other falcons, so we decided to walk over to the Walnut Street garage roof to be able to see all the antennas and things on top of 333 Market. From there we found a falcon sitting on the corner of 333, so we retraced our steps and spent some time in front of the train station. The falcon on the corner of 333 was still there, and we both agreed it was a male. Somewhere around 11:15 the falcon took off down Market Street toward the river, and we did not see it return. We also saw no sign of Niecey. Since Sue and I both had things to get done today we left just ahead of the light rain that is now falling. And no sooner than I entered this message, Niecey is on the point via the cam.
