eggs laid May 8, 11 and 14 - one egg likely inviable (double check)
Princess Kris (skygirl is pretty certain the female is Kris)

June 4 Wednesday
10 am One egg seems to have a pip and seems to be moving
A hatch is not impossible now, from that first egg, its been at least 32 days - but I dont eggspect it.
She is incubating all 4 eggs, so - is she hearing life in all? It'd be so amazing.

When chix are this cute, how do you stand it? Dont you want to cuddle them and sing with them?
OK, I know they are just hungry and yawning to get food from crops to tummies
but cmon - dontya like the idea of them singin better?
It was incredibly funny to watch one after the other yawning, tryin t reach a high note - or a low note.

At dawn Kris is wiggling a lot, scrunching eggs to encourage hatch
Will the first egg laid hatch? Whose egg was it, Brenda who is now gone - or Kris?
This nestbox fascinates me.

mid day shift change - tried to see eggs, could barely make out 3,
but cam focus is so bad

1.45 pm shift change - snip of eggs
I still see 3 but that could be deceptive

hmmmmmmmm....it does look like 3...guess I'd better pay attention tomorrow...The few times I checked today, somebody was snoozing..

Its too soon for Kris' eggs to hatch and really too late for Brenda's. I hate to say it, but if they've lost an egg, I hope it was Brenda's.

My projected hatch date is June 14 or 15
