I think Dorothy's trying to push again. She's over her scrape. Has been since I saw Terka's picture. She's scraped a little. All puffed up..

Not that I don't want Dorothy to have a successful season, just that I'm afraid what this could mean. But I guess if she's doing what comes naturally, and living the peregrine life, then I have to accept it.

ETA: She's not just sitting there snoozing. She's awake and keeps shifting position, doing the egg twirl...

5:44pm - I can hear E2 up there now. Dorothy is responding, but not getting up. She's crouched down, trying to push...

Didn't think I was going to see this.

I'm with you guys & I think everyone who visits this topic feels the same way. Its very risky, but if that's what Dorothy is going to do, we'll just have to hope for the best. On the other hand, it would be nice for her to have one last chick after all she's been through this season.

Thanks Carly. I checked on her several times last night. She was sleeping over in the corner. Did a once around, but pretty much stayed facing the back right cornier of the box.

9:26am - She was up on her perch earlier. Looked okay. She's gone now.

I watched here a long time ago.
but since so many cams I have forgotten this site. I remember watching 2 males fight here and fall off the platform.

but this girl deserves so much respect. My heart is full :girlluv:

I agree, Bev! Dorothy did a lot towards helping peregrine recovery, including giving us Beauty, Bell & many more! :egg20:
