GEEZ!! I just got caught up with all the posting!! Action today!! Not the right kind though. No Band is being cautious. Good! No fights! I hope if Lil Dad comes, No band takes off. Sneaky little devil hiding behind the poll! :3snowflake:

Nothing is cut and dried. Hope we don't get the wind you are having there. But we usually do, about two hours later.

Somebody is sitting over on the U roof on the Market Street side. And when the view cycled back, nobody was there.

JANE, I BLEW UP THOSE PICS UP THAT LJAMES POSTED. I CAN'T SEE ANY FOOD. I THINK SOMETHING IN THE BACKGROUND LOOKED LIKE FOOD MAYBE?

Thanks, Loza! I thought it was interesting watching the shade creeping off the ledge as your slides progressed. This was towards the end of your slideshow where you were focused on the end of the ledge.

Went back to look at that picture from ljames, and now I can see a red car parked over on the Amtrak property. Looked at your slide show, loza. I didn't notice a falcon sitting over near the column today, but at around 3:56 into your show, it's there for a couple of the pictures.

OK, HERE'S WHAT'S GOING ON.............A LITTLE AFTER 7AM, NIECEY WAS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COLUMN EATING. NOT A LARGE BIRD, MID SIZED, SO I THINK MAYBE THAT NO BAND GAVE IT TO HER. I STILL HAVE NO PROOF THIS IS NO BAND, BUT IT LOOKS TOO BIG TO BE LIL DAD. ANYWAYS, HE'S BEEN SITTING ON THE STICK, ON THE SHIELD AND FLYING AROUND PERFORMING FOR HER OR TRYING TO GET MORE FOOD. ONE TIME, SHE FLEW OFF AFTER HIM AND THEN LANDED ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COLUMN AGAIN, BUT NOT ON THE POINT. IT WAS STILL TOO DARK TO GET ANY GOOD PICTURES. DID GET ONE OF HIM I WILL COMPARE TO LIL DAD'S PICTURES I HAVE. NIECEY HAS NOT BEEN ON THE LEDGE AT ALL YET, JUST THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COLUMN.

Thanks for all the early reports and pictures today. This set of eyes won't do any good for most of today, as I'll be visiting a friend in Maryland.

Well, I will be around, off and on, but alas, I'm not much good for figuring out who's who. My odds improve greatly with just two birds-- one small bird and one large one, but not so great with this no band in the mix.

Seems to me that years ago we had a "no band" I could identify, as he had movie-star idol looks and seemed similarly stuck on himself (lots of preening, no interest in bonding). I was worried then that he'd win out, then fail to provide. This year I am just going to hope that, if this is the same fella as last year's interloper, he will again yield to Lil Dad.
