I was watching that also, that wind really had the but up in the air for a few seconds.
Do you think that was a parent that flew past or an aborted attempt at a landing by #3?

One chick shows up with prey with lots of yelling, then somebody does a flyby and then a parent shows up on the perch bar. Another flyby by one and then the chick takes the prey to the roof behind.
