Oh that is not news any of us wanted to hear. Not good at all. I guess we just have to wait, but that is not really one of my better skills.

I think Lil Dad will come back at the right time. He is so experienced on timing and all other respects. Niecey is just reacting which is to be expected.

Thanks, SusanE! This is the third year in a row this has happened & it has all worked out before nesting season! Maybe this is Lil Dad's brother who comes to watch the ledge & look out for Niecey while Lil Dad takes a much-needed vacation! :teehee:

THIS IS WHAT I SAW FIRST, NOT SURE IF SHE WAS NOT WANTING HIM IN THE SCRAPE OR WHAT, BUT HE FLEW OFF PRETTY QUICK AND WENT TO THE POINT. SHE DIDN'T STICK AROUND THEN, SHE LEFT. WELL EITHER WAY, LIL DAD STAYED ON THE POINT FOR ABOUT 20 MINS BEFORE LEAVING.

THIS IS THE ONLY SHOT I WAS ABLE TO GET (A POOP SHOT), BUT IT PROVES IT'S LIL DAD! WHOO HOO! PICTURE ISN'T TOO CLEAR, BUT IT'S W/V FOR SURE!

Overslept big time this morning. Found out this wonderful news around 9:00 this morning. Now I am REALLY confused about the male I saw downtown on Sunday. It makes me nervous knowing there are two males down there vying for Niecey's attention. Am hoping that as many people as possible can check the stills and report anything they see.

I STILL SAY ON SUNDAY, IT WAS NO BAND BECAUSE TODAY IS NORMAL FOR WHEN LIL DAD IS AROUND. WHAT YOU SAW WAS NORMAL WHEN NO BAND IS AROUND. AND LIL DAD ALWAYS SPENDS TIME AT THE LEDGE LIKE THIS WHETHER NIECEY DOES OR NOT. SHE SHOULD BE THERE TOO, SHAME ON HER!

Well, I will never know which male I saw on Sunday. He sure did look like Lil Dad being the same size and all. Looks like Lil Dad is back on the point. :-)

I DON'T THINK LIL DAD LEFT THE POINT. HE DID GO OVER TO THE BLDG TO CLEAN HIS BEAK, BUT THEN BACK OVER TO THE POINT :-)

HE'S FAITHFUL TO THIS LEDGE :-)

UNLIKE NIECEY IS BEING :-(

Maybe Niecey hasn't been around long enough to feel faithful to the ledge. After all, she's only raised one brood there so far.

Just opened the cam and saw a falcon with white breast on the point. Was trying to measure his size by the train station background to determine if it was Lil' Dad when suddenly I got the bright idea of checking the forum.
